  • Pure Ice .5oz. nail polish in 758 “Crazy Love”
  • Schwarzkopf Gliss Ultimate Repair shampoo and conditioner, 1.7oz. each
  • Colgate Optic White Radiant toothpaste .75oz.
  • Ban Powder Fresh 1.5oz. roll-on antiperspirant deodorant
  • Jergens Natural Glow wet skin moisturizer 2oz.
  • Soapbox Sea Minerals body wash 2oz.
  • SOO AE Tencel Collagen Essence Mask .85oz.

When you sign up for a #WalmartBeautyBox, you will be subscribing to receive future seasons’ Beauty Boxes unless you cancel. (You can log into your account at Walmart.com anytime to cancel.)

You cannot select the specific products you’ll receive in your box, but it’s certainly a way to try new things out for a very small investment!

You got lucky! My daughter and I received our boxes on April 5. It looks like we, and others who received theirs after April 4th, got 5 one-use foil packets of moisturizer instead of the Ban, the Soap Box Body Wash, and the nail polish. I certainly don’t mind substitutes, but definitely don’t think the value of the foil packets was in any way equal to the three products we didn’t get. What bothers me the most is, they withdrew the money from my account on March 21st, but the disappointing package didn’t arrive until April 5th. The box is still worth the $5, but if I get a leftover box again next quarter, I will definitely cancel. I can get all of the foil packets I want at any number of stores for free, but I don’t because I hate foil packets.

Over the various seasons that I’ve been getting these, I’ve had other readers write and tell me that they didn’t get the same things that I got..! I have often wondered if certain states or regions in the country get different things than others. For what it’s worth, I pay for my boxes each quarter — I do not get them through any kind of media or blogger connection. I buy them just like anyone else would. I completely agree that the foil packets are usually the biggest disappointments in the box.

My winter box had a full size Cover Girl mascara, among other things — I was happy with that one too, but it’s really frustrating to see other people getting different things in their boxes, especially when each box comes with a hashtag card encouraging you to share what you got in your box.

If you like beauty boxes, Target does them too, but they’re on a first-come, first-served order basis. The upside with theirs is that you get to see what’s in each season’s box before you order them: http://jillcataldo.com/targets-spring-2017-beauty-boxes-7-shipped/

EDIT: Now I’m looking at the Beauty Box hashtag on Twitter and Instagram — there are a LOT of different box items this season:
