My syndicated Super-Couponing Tips column for the week is entitled “Short-dated printable coupons concern shopper.”
Here’s an excerpt:
“I went to print some new coupons and saw a new message on the screen: ‘Please note that upon printing, you will have one day to redeem this coupon.’ I don’t like this at all! Now I have to worry about whether or not a printable coupon will still be available on the day I want to print it.”

That is not short dated. It is print and purchase. It is just like a store shopper card coupon except there is no promise it will be there when you want to use it. It is pretty simple. If it is not there, I probably will end up purchasing something else. I am not the only loser in this scenario. It will ultimately affect P & G as well (This is the only company so far that I have seen do this).
