My apologies for the delay in posting this weekend’s deals. My 4G signal doesn’t work so well when I’m 77 feet underground. Our family’s been camping in a cave in Wisconsin for the past three days. It was chilly, wet, muddy and amazing. I’ve got bumps on my head from subterranean tunnel-crawling and bruises in places I didn’t know one could bruise. I watched my sons wriggle and writhe their way into crevices and cracks barely wider than their shoulders.
I’d do it again in a heartbeat. It was exhilarating! Now that we’re home, I’ve got lots (and lots) of laundry to do, and I’m attacking the ads. Stay tuned.

Jill, looks like you all had a great adventure. Where is this cave? Our kids would love to explore a cave.

lol… it was a fantastic experience, especially for the kids, but holy moly for someone with allergies it was one of a handful of my worst nights ever! I am usually a very hard sleeper and have camped lots, but I think whatever is growing in there did not react well with my sinuses. We were at the very very end of the cave too so hearing my son say “mom… mom… MOMMY! I have to pee!” ugh… We did use a tent but we were at a taller end. Did I mention the bats?
I would do all of it again in a heartbeat though for the great experience, great property, great owners and great meals!
