Detailed instructions for linking MyMixx and SavingStar at Jewel-Osco

I’ve been hearing from quite a few readers that they’re having trouble linking their Jewel-Osco MyMixx digital coupons account with their SavingStar account. If you’re one of them, I’m going to walk you through the process, step by step — with screenshots! (If you haven’t yet signed up for MyMixx or SavingStar, this would be a fine time to do both, as you can easily link them together too.)

If you haven’t yet signed up for MyMixx, do so. You’ll use your telephone number as your MyMixx account number.Once you have a MyMixx account, log into SavingStar (or set up a new account.)

Step 1: Click “My Account” at the top of the screen. Then, select the blue “Stores” tab. If you’re already a SavingStar user, you’ll see all of your stores and loyalty card info here.

Step 2: Click your Jewel-Osco account. Then, click on “Add Another.” (If you’re new to SavingStar, click the yellow “Add More Stores” button near the top of the screen, then skip to Step 3.)

Step 3: Enter your telephone number (the same one you used to sign up for MyMixx!) Click the yellow “Add Card” button to save it.

That’s it! Now your accounts are linked, and yo’ll no longer need to use your Jewel-Osco loyalty card at the checkout for SavingStar offers. Entering your telephone number at Jewel’s registers will automatically apply your SavingStar offers too.
