How do you get signed up for the coupon books that come through the mail? I am signed up for mobile offers, cartwheel, and I get some of the coupons on Target’s website periodically, but I still don’t get the mail coupons :-(

I honestly don’t know — this has definitely been the subject of much speculation in the past. I do not have a Target credit card, so that’s not a criteria. I’m sure their computer systems are aware that I have school-age kids based on what I buy there, but beyond that..? I wish I knew.
