I stopped at CVS/pharmacy today as they have the Salma Hayek Nuance line on sale Buy 1 Get 1 50% off (and I am a big fan of some of these products..!) I scanned my card at the Coupon Center in the store and noticed other shoppers had left some rather nice coupons laying on top of the machine – a $3 off $10 beauty purchase and $2 off any 2 deodorants.
Well, I scanned my card, and the machine generated both coupons for me too. The $3-off-$10 was a welcome addition to my already-planned Nuance deal… and where do you go when you have a $2-off-2 deodorants that doesn’t have a size restriction?
Why, to the trial and travel size aisle, of course! Speed Stick and Lady Speed Stick are on sale for $1.19, Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. The second Speed Stick rings at .59, and you’ll get both free with the coupon. (I did get the .22 overage to apply to my Nuance purchase too.)
While there’s no guarantee that everyone will get these… the stack of identical coupons on top of the machine with other peoples’ names on them would indicate a lot of people are getting them. If you’re headed to CVS this week, scan your Extra-Care Card!
(And I got my $1 Green Bag Tag bonus too!)

Those trial-size deodorants are great to have around and who can beat FREE!!?? Quick question on this: Are you allowed to use the q’s with another person’s name/CVS card number on them or does it not REALLY matter. I look at it like finding the RR’s/Cat’s left in the shopping carts, but these have specific info on them. Just wondering????

I also got the $3/$10 beauty Q from the magic machine today. Had planned to do the $3 ECB with $10 Rimmel purchase deal (and had 2 $1 Qs for Rimmel and my $5 beauty club reward) so stacked:
$4.39 nail polish + $7.39 mascara = $11.78
-(2) $1 Qs
-$5 beauty club
-$3/$10 beauty
=4.78
+ $3 ECB –> net $1.78
did not get the deodorant Q, but can’t complain :)

My favorite day time checker at the Aurora CVS told me that she discovered you can usually scan your card twice and get coupons both times. It has worked for me every time since then!
