Do you think some of the Black Friday deals will be available for purchase online as well? I saw an awesome price for a 40in flat screen at Walmart for Black Friday but I’m afraid they will sell out before I get there. I’m hoping that I can also get it online!!!

I noticed the free sweater as well. Way to walk the walk, Jill. You are showing us that you are just as down to earth as we think you are.
Got my second freebie at Sears Apparel Outlet today!

Please DON’T shop on Thanksgiving Day. It forces people to have to work instead of enjoying the Holiday with their families. There is no sale that couldn’t have waited until 5am Friday. Corporations are using consumers to make a profit at the expense of their employees who have no choice other than to lose their jobs. I may be in the minority, but I’m not willing to force someone to work that day so I can, hopefully, save a few dollars.

Jill, I have the utmost respect for you and what you do. My post has nothing to do with how I feel about your work. I just think that some days should be kept sacred and everyone should be allowed to celebrate with their families on this National Holiday that has been around for generations.

I feel a stupid asking this question, but which day’s paper has all of the Black Friday ads? I’ve been very busy this week and haven’t sorted through all of the sale ads from Sunday’s paper. Are they in there, or are they going to be in the Thanksgiving Day papers?
Believe it or not, this is the first year I’m even considering doing Black Friday shopping — that’s why I don’t know anything.
