Just looked into this. All You will automatically renew with the credit card you use. There is also “taxes,” possibly on the coupon book.

it will only allow you to sign up for the $5 3 month subscription and entertainment book if you allow them to auto renew with your credit card-

It is about 3X5 and has 16 pages with 2 coupons per page. Not exactly the one I expected but it has some coupons that I could use. Still a good deal and I am glad I got it. Just wanted to let you know.
