Ooh, this one’s fun! We stopped into the Algonquin Meijer after a trip to Old Navy and saw that ALL clearance apparel is 50% off the lowest clearance price! I’ll blog about all of our finds soon, but there are a LOT of clothes and a lot of great deals there. Readers posted that the Oswego store is also 50% off clearance, so this may be chainwide. A sign at Algonquin said the 50% off clearance runs through 1/19!

MANY reports are coming in on my Facebook wall from Meijers all over the midwest, and lots of people are enjoying the 50% off clearance! For McHenry, Illinois shoppers though, it might be worth calling first. A McHenry employee wrote on my Facebook tonight that their store only has outerwear and winter wear 50% off. That’s the first store I’ve heard of that may not be doing storewide apparel 50% off.
