I had a fun Meijer trip today! There are ecoupons on Meijer Mperks for 15% off general merchandise purchases and 5% off grocery, health and beauty. I picked up some clearance clothes and then did some deals. This one was inspired by reader Parsh5’s shopping trip.
My kids always collect Box Tops for Education for their school, and after Parsh5 noticed the Kleenex Catalina and the overlap with Meijer’s “Buy 10 Box Tops Items, Get 60 Box Tops Catalina” sale, I decided to mix those with the extra 5% off too!
Here’s what I did:
– I bought ten 152-count boxes of Kleenex with Box Tops on them for .99 each (yes, these aren’t the little 85-count Kleenexes!)
– Buying 7 or more boxes of Kleenex triggers a $2 Catalina
– I used three .50-off-3 coupons from the 8/11 SS or printables
– I paid $7.91 and got the $2 Catalina from Kleenex. That’s $5.91 for ten boxes, or about .59 each! And, I got the Catalina for 60 box tops, which is worth $6 to my children’s school. That’s a deal! (And, each of the ten boxes has a Box Top on it too!)
If you’re not interested in the Box Tops Catalina, buy seven boxes of Kleenex with your 5% off ecoupon ($6.58.) Use two .50-off-3 coupons. Pay $5.58 and get a $2 Catalina. $3.58 for seven boxes is about .51 per box! Great prices all around for Kleenex.
This sale runs through 8/28 at Meijer.
The same Catalina deal begins at Walgreens on 8/25, where Kleenex will also be on sale for .99 per box. However, the Walgreens boxes in the sale are 85-count, not 152 count — the 85-count boxes usually do not have Box Tops on them. And, the Box Tops Catalina won’t be running at Walgreens. If you need Kleenex, Meijer’s your best bet this week!

I didn’t even think of the Box Tops. I bought a set of 6 and used 2 $0.50/3 Qs, and got $1.50 back- so 52 cents per big box. Of course, Bloomingdale Meijer didn’t have ANY Fantastic for the deal, and just had a few Windex with Vinegar. I did 2 sets of 2 used $1/2 mfr Q and $1/2 Wags Q, so after instant saving its $1 each.

I did this deal this morning, but I used one coupon from the 8/11 SS insert and two that I printed off of the Kleenex.com website. You have to have an account set up to get it. Thanks for posting this deal, Jill.

I went today, got 10 boxes of Kleenex. The $2 off coupon printed ,but not the 60 box tops for school. The cashier tried it on 3 different registers and no luck- even thou there were signs posted about it. Jill-is there a way for me to contact the catalina people about it? I really wanted to get the box tops for the kids school.
