Having visited two Meijers in less than 24 hours (Algonquin last night, because I went shopping for today’s WGN News segment, and Rolling Meadows this afternoon on the way home from the city) I think it’s safe to say that Meijer stores are clearancing a lot of bedding and sheets.
At the Algonquin store, I saw 400-count 100% cotton full sheet sets on clearance for $11.24. Cotton/poly blend print sheet sets were on clearance too – 200-count twin sets for $4.99 and full sets for $6.24. Algonquin had no sizes other than twin and full for clearance sheets.
Today at Rolling Meadows, I saw the same kind of 400-count 100% cotton sheets in king size for $24.99. Hope this helps if you’re looking for bargain bedding…
