For the Suave and Finish Tabs both coupons same limit 2 like coupons per sale – does that mean I need to do multiple transactions in order to get the ECB’s?
Coupon Maven says
Correct – split into multiple transactions. If the store isn’t too busy, you can do this back-to-back, and the ExtraBucks will print at the end of your final transaction.

I went to CVS and they had men’s Dove deodorant on sale, buy one get one 50% off. I also had manufacturer coupons and an app deal for 30% off any deodorant purchase. I was told that I could use the coupons but not the 30% off since the deodorant was already on sale. Is this correct? I thought I had used app percentage discounts before on sale items. I asked if it was a new policy and was told it has always been that way. I was also told I couldn’t use the 30% off even on the one I was paying full price for.

That deodorant coupon says not valid on “Sales Items / Promotional Items”. That full priced item is considered part of the sale/promotion to get 1/2 off the 2nd item. I also thought they used to take these before they changed the fine print – wording and exclusions… I think this happened right about the same time they added MILK to one of the exclusions on ECBs.
