Lately CVS coupons from the machine never work right for me. The .74 Easter coupon only scanned for .50. Not a lot of money this time, but other times it has altered coupons for more. Is anyone else having issues?

I’m guessing you purchased other items that “confused” the register’s programming.
If you use the 74 cent store coupon with the 50 cents Hersheys Gold Caramelized Creme Peanuts & Pretzel Bar 1.4 oz or larger coupon from the 1/28 SS, that’s a moneymaker of 25 cents which will even cover tax.
Thanks for the heads up, I’ll do this, the Sure, the Colgate, & the Covergirl FREE/Moneymaking offers this week in separate transactions.
And I tell them why it is necessary because of flawed register programming by corporate. Yes, they ALL love me at my local CVS.
And if you really have a nice cashier, point out the shortage error, & hopefully they will give you a manually generated $1 Extra Care Bucks or give you back 24 cents. By then end of the week when this happens enough they are aware of the shortages after enough complaints.
Always watch the screens & receipts. The cashiers approve way too many coupons on their screen at the register. CVS, will show what’s coming off sometimes on the POS credit card terminal small screen we see, sometimes it’s pending approval… but it recalculates several times during most transactions (we all LOVE that don’t we), so you really need to examine the receipt before walking out the door. So if you want a job in Woonsocket, RI (or maybe get a remote job for CVS)… see my post under Jill’s Buying Febreze post at Jewel.
Also, if paying with ECBs, ALWAYS ask your cashier what the total is before tax & store & manufacturer coupons, you don’t want to waste ECBs.
MOST cashiers will just take ECBs when you are over the subtotal. ECBs can not be applied toward tax! Many customers make that mistake & will see only a partially applied ECB applied on the transaction you over apply your ECBs to.

Hello!
I was wondering If the $5 off $20 P&G sale was $20 before the coupons that match up or after.
Thank you,
Mariah
