When I went to CVS this week, I got a coupon from the magic machine for $2.50 off any CVS brand painkiller, no exclusions.
I found the 10ct. travel size bottle of ibuprofen for $2.67 — just .17 with coupon! Nice size to have while traveling.

Went to CVS this morning in Mt. Prospect, Il for Tide Pods. Coupon beeped. Cashier said the new policy is if coupon beeps, they can’t override it. Gosh I love Amazon!

I had the same thing happen this morning! The manager told me the policy is not to override if the coupon doesn’t work (but she did). Kind of ridiculous in this case, since the Tide Pods I bought are actually featured in the ad, and they were stacked up right by a big sign promoting the deal!

The coupon is valid, and yes, the fact that it’s in the ad should tell the store so. I reached out to one of my contacts on this, and it’s an issue with the coding on the coupon validating at the register. Hopefully the stores will handle this rationally.

No 1.00 coupon active today for Scope/Crest mouthwash as in post. Is there one?
Coupon Maven says
Apparently not — the ad preview I got from CVS noted it, but it did not appear today, so P&G may have decided not to release it. I have edited the deal above to work with the current .50 printable.

Hi. What happened to great milk price at CVS? We’ve gotten use to the great CVS milk price and began to buy our milk there every week. Haven’t seen it on sale/extra bucks for a few weeks now.
Thanks, Jill for all your money saving tips!

It’s not something I’m in control of or have any input on — I just blog what’s in the ad, and we just haven’t had ExtraBucks milk deals for a while… :(
