The Folgers coffee for $4.99 also has a $1 MyMixx off ANY Folgers product, making the cans only $3.99 for weekend sale!
There is also a 90c/3 ibotta on the Red Gold 14.5 oz. cans of tomatoes, making them a bit cheaper when you buy 4 cans in the BOGO sale.
I also spotted the Truwhip frozen whipped topping in the Big Book for 2/$3 and just got an email with a November $1/1 coupon to print from their site. I think it’s a PDF coupon but last time they offered these, Jewel had no problem redeeming them. 50c whipped topping for those Thanksgiving pies is “sweet”!

*you must join their club: http://www.truwhip.com to get the coupons sent to you. I think I get them quite often and just printed up 2 from the email they sent. Not sure if you start getting coupons immediately but my email was titled : “IMPORTANT THANKSGIVING INFORMATION”. Expires 11-30-18
assassin says
haha; we had similar thinking. i printed the $0.55 coupon from their website last night; it’s back from 9/2012, and has no expiration date. i saw a $1 and a $2 on commonkindness.com, but don’t have an account there.

“Folgers Coffee 22-30.5 oz. Cans or 12 ct. K-Cups or Dunkin’ Donuts or Folger 1850 11-12 oz. are $4.99 each, limit 4. The 11/4 RM2 has a $1 coupon for Folgers K-cups and a .50 Folgers coupon to drop these to $3.99-$4.49.”
and for the Dunkin’, $1-off-1 with:
– 09-23 RedPlum
– Checkout51
– SavingStar (do NOT clip this if you intend to use the CO51)
———–
“4-6oz. Chobani Smooth yogurt cups are .50 each. Buy five and use the $1-off-5 from the 10/28 SS to drop these to .30 each! MyMixx also has a .50-off-5 ecoupon.”
nope, that MyMixx just pertains to the Yoplait, which they have in the same picture as Chobani Smooth.
but i’ll forgive you for struggling to read the micro-font in a listing they stupidly consolidated, just so they could picture items bigger than my head on the ad’s front page. :P
———–
“General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios, Maple Cheerios, Chex Cereal, Reese’s Puffs or Cinnamon Toast Crunch 10.5-12 oz. – $1.88”
don’t forget the $0.75-off-1 Maple on Coupons.com.
as for the $1-off-2 GMs, MyMixx and SavingStar are also options.
———-
“Nature Valley or Fiber One Grain Snacks 4-8.94 oz. – $1.88”
no longer clippable, but nice to use now if you had:
– $1-off-2 MyMixx for Granola Bars, Biscuits, OR Soft-Baked Filled Squares (and presumably Oatmeal non-filled squares)
– $1.25-off-1 Crunchy Bars

i was surprised to see (one store has) the Dunkin’ Donuts Cold Brew coffee boxes (2 bags with 2 pouches each, net 8.46oz) as part of the $4.99 sale, as they normally sell for like 9 bucks.
combine that with a $2.25 SavingStar. the $1 in 9/23 RetailMeNot should also work, as an alternative or if you want to buy a second. (sadly, the Checkout51 rebate ran out like last week.)
Calibabydolly says
Darn! I had a $3/1 Dunkin cold brew coupon the company actually sent me along with a free sample of the new cold brews but it expired 10-31. It was one of those higher value cpns with the gold embossed watermark on it. I also just tossed out several $2 off Catalina cpns I got from Jewel back in the summer bc they were too expired! I really don’t want 2 boxes of cold brew….but my SavingStar $2.25 is still there? hmmmm? I am going back for more Folgers canned coffee tomorrow since they were out of decaf yesterday. I will see what they have then.
Oh, today there is a 60c/3 cpn in paper for the Red Gold tomatoes, making that ibotta deal a tad better too.

Do you know where I can get the rebate for the $35.00 back on Robert Mondavi/Mark West/Clos Du Bois wine offer. I purchased the 6 bottles in store today but my store knew nothing about the rebate in this weeks and.
Coupon Maven says
I don’t, but I would press the store on it or try asking on Jewel’s Facebook page. As it is in the ad, someone really should be able to point you in the right direction. Is it possibly online, I wonder?
Calibabydolly says
My SavingStar gave me credit for both the $1/1 Dunkin product AND the $2.25 cold brew. I actually bought a bag of decaf Dunkin and the cold brew today along with some Folgers decaf but only scanned the UPC in for the cold brew. Great deal! All of those coffees are around $10, so 1/2 price or less. (I think the only cheaper reg. price one is the bag of 12oz. Dunkin ground coffee?)
*also just found a coupons.com printable for Folgers pods (K-cup) for $2.50/2 for those of you that buy them or may be able to post redeem if you already did!

some seasonal store brand sweets:
Signature Select granola (in bakery area) is on sale for $3.99 this week. combine with $1.50 MyMixxes for each of “Signature SELECT® Pumpkin Spice Granola, 9.2-oz” and “Signature SELECT® Apple Crisp Granola”; both expire 11/22.
not advertised, but i saw seasonal cookies on end stand in back of one store for $2.50. it was one of these MyMixx-possessing items (i forget which):
“$1 OFF Signature SELECT® Mapleleaf Sandwich Cookie Crèmes, 11.4-oz. , Expires: 11/22/2018”
“$1 OFF Signature SELECT® Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Sandwich Cookie Crèmes, 9.7-oz. , Expires: 11/22/2018”
====================
some nice but possibly challenging MyMixx pairings:
1)
a. Buy any ONE (1) Minute® Instant Rice, get ONE (1) Minute® Instant Jasmine Rice Free (up to $2.29) , Expires: 11/30/2018
b. $0.75 OFF Minute® any ONE (1) Minute® Instant Rice product , Expires: 11/29/2018
no advertised sale on this, but did see one Minute item (don’t think it was Jasmine) on sale at a local store. if yours doesn’t have any (desired) products discounted, there are still plenty of days to spare.
2)
a. Get ONE (1) FREE Stacy’s® Thins when you buy TWO (2) Stacy’s® Thins 6.75oz (max value $3.00) , Expires: 11/18/2018
b. Save $1.50 when you buy any TWO (2) Stacy’s® products , Expires: 11/25/2018 . (also a Coupons.com printable, so consider DELAYING your clipping of this MyMixx.)
buy 3 thins for maximum theoretical savings.
there ARE advertised sales here:
– 2/$6 through Nov 27 for Stacy’s Thins 6.75 oz., Garlic & Herb, Sea Salt or 5 Cheese
– 2/$6 through 11/13 for Stacy’s Pita Chips 7.33 oz. (i.e. if you don’t plan to use Coupon (a))

now, both of the above combinations ARE permitted per Jewel-Osco coupon policy. however, MyMixx, being an utter piece of crap, would historically fail to handle such things properly. and you’d also have to contend with dullard cashiers who insisted such a pairing isn’t permitted — even when dealing with a more-visible paper coupon. (but dual mymixxes are a whole other degree of torture; hence me recommending a printable in lieu of one Stacy’s above.) however, it’s possible that with the recent revamp, MyMixx will actually handle these PROPERLY now. if it doesn’t, then whoever decided to post TWO different overlapping coupon pairs to the MyMixx website is guilty of baiting and switching, and should accordingly be tarred and feathered.
i am interested in the results if anybody with an unflappable disposition decides to try out either of these coupon combinations.

Speaking of that Signature store brand, I thought you were joking earlier about them adding yet ANOTHER line to it…….check out the new Nov. Big Book, there are 3 coupons for the new “Signature RESERVE”, ice cream, coffee and tea!

haha, it’s getting silly. but they left themselves with no choice after making nearly everything else Signature “Select”.
to belatedly reply to your post on clearances from last week’s thread:
– i didn’t see 50-cent raspberries at Jewel, but Butera and Shop and Save Market had them, so i picked up two at the former.
– yeah, the clearance sections have gotten kind of sad here, too. the 50% off original price barcode stickers are becoming very popular. the trouble is, jewel’s original prices usually aren’t so good, especially for things like cereals. so i can get a 12oz box of aging, possibly dented cereal for $2.14?! whoopdie-doo. for other things with less pronounced periodic sales, 50% is better: i just picked up a 12-pack of hunt’s snack pack vanilla-flavored and chocolate pudding (3.25oz cups) for $1.74.
one local store has traditionally put clearance items in shopping carts in the back of the store. a bit messy, but it provided some *insane* deals, as you might have a cart where everything cost $1 or $0.50. (10oz Hickory Farms beef summer sausage at $2 was an understandable exception!) now, they’ve mostly switched to the 50% off system, AND the carts are more cluttered than ever. so i’m expected to dig through items like a starving raccoon, and my reward is … slightly better than a good sale? no thanks. i have plenty of free time, but this is just disorienting and annoying. just keep the items on the shelves a little longer, so people can see what they’re looking at.
more ridiculous yet, i was just in a nearby store i haven’t visited in months. they too are now making use of 50% off barcode labels on items in shopping carts — except the top halves of the labels listing the STARTING PRICE are all torn off!! making this even more egregious is that this is the only local jewel i’ve seen without aisle price scanners (which made their abandoning of self-checkout circa early 2017 an especially big blunder). needless to say, i’ll continue avoiding this store, unless i happen to already be shopping nearby.
another place dropping aisle scanners is the local Walmart. one got broken months ago and never replaced. the other was iin perfect shape, and they voluntary yanked it. stupid. while they have self-checkouts a-plenty, you can’t do a price inquiry without enlisting employee help. why they’d firewall this feature is beyond me. guess you can just scan the item, walk away, and hope the next customer asks for a void.
back to jewel: beyond this new, widespread system (per policy?) with the 50% off barcodes, there are also lots of individualized blunders. notable ones recently involve apparent clearances that lapse for no good reason:
1) as i mentioned recently, the Amy’s entrees at $1.49 in an end freezer at one location. the discount lapsed, and they’re now stuffed into other items’ slots in the normal section, as they no longer have their own shelf tags.
2) the O Organics chicken sausage and the ProSticks chicken skewers, at another location, both had their clearances-via-sales lapse. so the former is back up to $6.99 (from $2.99), and the latter to $2.99 (from $1.49) — even though the former’s dates of 11/21 and 11/24, and the latter’s date codes (another pet peeve) have NOT changed. some of this stuff is gonna rot on the shelf. why not just do it as a PERMANENT clearance to *begin* with, instead of a limited-length sale?
the third store i mentioned (i.e. the one with no aisle scanners) likewise has a lapsed sale ($6.99 from $3.49) on the O Organics chicken sausage, whose package dates match the above.
to summarize: dumb, dumb, dumb.
like you, i occasionally see items in the clearance section with neither sale/clearance shelf tags nor 50% off labels. either they’re trying to trick people into thinking it’s a deal, or they forgot to put the labels on. (getting one on every last package has got to be tedious — why not just change the price for a given UPC in the system like they used to? damaged containers are one exception, but those are a small minority of items i see with the over-used tag.)

my bad; there was a scanner on my later, 11/13 visit. looks pretty new, likely put in around June 2018. now, it wasn’t working Tuesday, but that’s probably temporary.
