don’t forget 4-count Gourmet Brookies at $2.99! best price i’ve seen on those in years!
hopefully, the “gourmet” ones are a similar, hefty weight to the normal ones, and/or the normal ones are included in that sale. but even if not, and they weigh a lot less, still a great bargain.

me last week:
“barilla ready pasta is part of an alright $1.25 sale, and there was a $1-off-2 JustForU recently clippable, expiring 3/27. maybe they’ll put it on sale for $1 in the next 5 weeks, but this is still a nice final price.”
according to the website (not finding it in the ad), Barilla pasta (including Ready) is on sale for $0.88 thru 3/2/21. buy 2 and pay $0.38 each!

“$2.99 Oranges
Signature Farms Cara Cara Navel Oranges 3 lb. Bag, Navel Oranges 4 lb. Bag or Blood Oranges 2 lb. Bags are all $2.99”
there are two instances of a manufacturer JustForU:
“Save $2.00 Sunkist or sk
when purchasing any TWO (2) bags of Sunkist or sk citrus
Coupon , One time use” , Expiring 03/12/21 and 03/31/21
according to the website linkages, the 4-lb and 2-lb $2.99 oranges are covered by this coupon. brands are not specified, but from looking at the individual items’ webpages and source code:
– navel oranges = Bee Sweet Citrus is the producer, and UPC is 02113000998 . that’s store brand UPC.
– blood oranges = UPC 07224054471 . that’s Paramount Citrus, a name i’d seen on the recent 3-lb bags of Clementines.
no idea what UPC codes will be found on these things in-store, or if Jewel’s mapped discounts where you don’t need an exact match, anyway. but figured i’d provide that info.
assassin says
follow-up: both did match the bags, though i wound up not buying. do blood oranges taste meaningfully different than normal ones?

some further info on the coffees and barilla, albeit after the fact:
i saw printed evidence on a 1-sheet/2-page “Re-Grand Opening” flyer at a local store on late night 3/2/21. they list 12-16oz Barilla pasta at $0.88, and the 23-26oz Hills Bros. at $3.99. Chock Full O’ Nuts has the same manufacturer, so tends to go on sales at the same time.
the prices were supposedly only good at that store, but my online store had been set to a different location than that (albeit nearby), and still indicated the sale. and iirc, Calibabydolly lives and shops nowhere CLOSE to either. :P
so this event could explain the website sale, and even some of the price discrepancy. however, unadvertised sales can occur without occasions like this; see the Borden Crisp & Cubes cheese deal above, for instance.
