Did you see the Jewel wrap around the front section of yesterday’s Tribune. It looks like there are some good deals in there.
BUT … The half page visible when you get the paper, and the inside page visible when you pull it out totally fail to identify WHICH STORE this ad is for. It was only the back page that says it’s from Jewel. This struck me as not very smart. Isn’t the first thing an Ad should do is to display the brand to the customer?

You no longer get Savins Star rebates with your MyMixx phone number. You have to scan the item with your phone and take a picture of the receipt to get the rebate. I’m wondering if this will make it so that we can no longer “double dip” with the Savings Star rebates.

re Johnsonville and Reser’s: i haven’t seen a printable for that in a few weeks. but multiple Jewels have $1 coupons stuck to the packages, and their wording doesn’t prohibit combining with other offers.
and there might still be a $1.50 Ibotta:
https://jillcataldo.com/topic/double-or-triple-combo-deal-on-johnsonville-flame-grilled-chicken/
(i don’t see any on the website when logged out, but i don’t see the Walmart version there either, despite it being quite present and unclipped when logged in. we’ll see whether my multi-store one used early this morning reloads.)
the Checkout51 is gone, unfortunately.

follow-up: it did reload.

multiple jewels have Old Virginia 24oz applesauce (original, cinnamon, and vanilla, and some other flavor that was out of stock) on clearance for $1.48. and there’s an Ibotta for $0.75 expiring 10/31, but it’s limit 1 per receipt, so you’ll have to do multiple transactions and hope the rebate reloads (mine has once), or buy them in multiple trips (vanilla seems to be the most plentiful and likely to last longest on shelves).

Breyers Delights Ice Cream pints are on sale for $3.99. and there’s a new coupons.com and MyMixx for BOGO. on top of that, at least one store was spitting out $1.50 Catalinas for this in early September (it gave me two in one transaction). the two coupon types can be combined per official policy for $2.49 overall price, but be prepared to pull your hair out at many locations. weird how i’m considering $1.25 for a pint to be a good deal, when i’d scoff at $3.75 for a 48-ouncer, but this is one of those high protein items. and i realize that not everybody wins the Catalina lottery, but $2/pint is still heavily discounted, albeit from staggering initial price.

one jewel has the little Truvia Nectar bottles on clearance for like $1.98. if you saved the $1.50 neckband coupon from a prior purchase (somebody had a combo to get the item free months back) -OR- are using the $1.50 Checkout51 rebate (latter prohibits stacking), and your store shares this clearance, you can pick some up cheap.
assassin says
follow-up: two stores are ringing the 3.52oz Truvias up at $3.99, despite supposedly being on clearance for $1.99 (and at one, the shelf tag in the clearance section is missing, but i thought it was there earlier). so pay attention to the screen and your receipts.
Calibabydolly says
My store had them priced $2.15 and there was a $1.50/1 Truvia nectar on MyMixx. My husband and I each got a small bottle AND used the digital coupon and still got the Checkout 51 offer! I figured it was worth a try and then it reset again and they had the big bottles priced at $2.50 (they are more than 3 times the size) because no one was buying them AND Jewel had them on sale that week. We got more and claimed more and today it reset again and there was 1 big bottle left. We are stocked on the nectar now!
