Thank you. I realize I am behind on matchups this week – it’s been tough timewise but I am still trying to get caught up and back on track. Bear with me :)

Belvita breakfast biscuits, 8.8 to 8.81oz, are on sale for $2.99 through 1/30. in the January big book of savings, there is “FREE* (*UP TO $1.67) single serve Greek yogurt (any variety, 5-7 oz.) when you buy any TWO (2) belVita Breakfast Biscuits (any variety, 8.8 oz. or larger) Offer valid through 01/30/18, while supplies last.”
the book mentions the savings deducting at register, making me think it’s a store discount as opposed to manufacturer, but i could well be wrong. if i am, you won’t benefit from the next coupon step.
the 1/14 SmartSource has a $1-off-2 coupon for Nabisco Belvita breakfast biscuits 8.8 oz or larger, good through Feb 24.
plus, Checkout51 has $1-off-2, limit 5 pairs.
pay $4 for the trio! or if the big book promotion is manufacturer’s, then pay $5, and use the coupon for a separate pair, or shelve it and stick to doing your biscuits+yogurt trios one transaction at a time.
there is also a slightly different MyMixx of “Save $1.00 on any yogurt when you buy TWO (2) BELVITA Breakfast Biscuits (8.8 oz. or larger, any variety) , Expires: 01/31/18”. depending on how this is handled, it can take the place of the paper coupon for those who lack it, or supplement it by being used towards another pair. assuming the big book deal is store as opposed to manufacturer’s, possible MyMixx behaviors are:
1) it tries to apply to the same belvita+yogurt trio, but because most MyMixxes prohibit overages and the yogurt is already free, the $1 gets flushed.
2) it refuses to apply to the first trio because the yogurt is already free, but you get a discount off of a second trio.
3) it applies to the yogurt and succeeds, because it’s in the rare MyMixx category to enable overages.
4) it works like the $1.50 off bread with purchase of a Nabisco multi-pack MyMixx, and deducts the savings as soon as the Nabisco item is bought, not actually applying to (or even requiring?) the yogurt.
——–
$2.99 is a modest sale, but being able to combine 2 to 3 other savings on top of it more than makes up for that.
i am interested in how the MyMixx works for those who try it, or people’s theories on it. but first and foremost, i’d like to know whether the Big Book offer is store or manufacturer. thanks.
