curious how these B5+S$1e deals basically run 2 weeks, but they tweak some item prices within them. you’ve already covered the Breyers downgrade and Entenmann’s upgrade; another downgrade is Marie Callender’s cream pies, from $3.99 to $4.99.

“$1.62 Sargento cheese
5-8oz. slices – $1.99
– .75 off 2 – 5/17 SS
– .75 off 1 Reserve slices (if included) – 4/5 SS”
as i mentioned last week, there’s a $1-off-2 mfg e-cpn on slices. and a coupons.com for same appeared shortly thereafter.

Blue Bunny load’d sundaes, 8.5 fl oz, are still participating in the B5+S$1e at $1.49. however, there’s a new development, in that the website shows 2 on clearance (iirc, mint chocolate and peanut butter bunny) at the local store for $1.49. now, they’re *not* listed as part of the mix-and-match, but neither are a couple of the $2.49 ones. i suspect the latter ARE in it, as store tags/pricing are often more inclusive than website listings on this aspect. iow, website can be flaky on B5+S$1e. IF this explanation extends to the clearance duo, AND they’re actually in-stock — lots of “IF”s, i realize — we COULD be talking $0.49 final price on 2 flavors! if not participating, then they simply match the final sale price of others.

Nando’s peri sauce sells for $4.49, and nando’s perinaise for $3.99. there’s a $1.50 manufacturer e-coupon good towards either; no clue if it’s still clippable. then there are $2 store e-coupons for each type. stack to pay final price of 99 cents for sauce, or 49 cents for the perinaise!

speaking of sauces, Taco Bell 7.5oz ones are on individual sale for $1.50. they’re participating in the B5+S$1e per shelf tags, but the registers didn’t apply that for the Mild i tried, so an employee had to override the price. result: $0.50 with a little work!
