I can’t remember…can you get the gift card more than once? For instance, if I buy 8 or 12 Pantene, would I get multiple gift cards?

Ended up answering my own question. I bought 12 Pantenes, used four $5-off-3 coupons from the 2/28 PG and got $15 in gift cards. Not a bad deal! Only down side is that my store only had Curl Perfection and Color Preserve…

I have a question for the expert couponers about Target’s coupon policy. Yesterday morning at Target, I used a $3 off coupon on some Bic shavers that were priced at $2.97. The clerk simply scanned the coupon and $2.97 was deducted, as I expected. Later in the day, at a different Target, I had a $2 off coupon to use on a product priced at $1.99. The clerk scanned the coupon and $2 came off my total. As an honest person, I pointed out that only $1.99 should have come off; the clerk agreed and got his manager who instead insisted that I could not use the coupon since its value exceeded the price. If she let me use the coupon, she said dramatically, I would be getting something for free! It was pretty embarrassing. Later, when I looked up Target’s official coupon policy, it states that the amount of a coupon may be reduced–which is what I expected. Has anyone encountered a situation like this? If so, what is the best way to handle it? Thanks!
