$1.38 Kellogg's cereal

8.7-13.07oz. Kellogg's cereals (ad shows Rice Krispies, Froot Loops, Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes, Apple Jacks) are $1.88. Use the .50 Walgreens ecoupon, or the $1-off-2 Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes from the 6/2 RM and pay $1.38.

$1.99 Tide laundry detergent

Tide 37-40oz. liquid detergent or 12-16ct. Pods are $4.99. Use the $3 ecoupon at Walgreens' site and pay $1.99.

$2.50 M&Ms

8-10.7oz. M&Ms are $3.99 or 2-for-$6. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 from the 6/16 RM or 5/19 RM (exp. 7/7!) and drop these to $2.50 per bag.

Notes on Walgreens store coupons and electronic coupons

Walgreens store coupons can be found in the monthly Instant Value Coupon (IVC) coupon book in the front of the store (small, about checkbook-sized) which comes out each month. You can also load the store coupons to your Balance Rewards card online at Walgreens' website.

You only need one Walgreens store coupon per item at Walgreens. A store coupon for $1.00 off Scope mouthwash will take $1 off every bottle you buy in the same shopping trip. Store coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons for additional savings.

There are also manufacturer ecoupons available to load to your card at Walgreens.com. Electronic manufacturer coupons cannot be stacked with paper manufacturer coupons.

Balance Rewards Deals

$1 Mitchum deodorant (possibly FREE)

Mitchum and Lady Mitchum deodorant is $3.49 or 2-for-$6. Buy two and get 2000 Balance Rewards points ($2.) If Mitchum Curve is included, use two $2 coupons from the 6/16 SS. Pay $2 and get 2000 points back ($2), making TWO FREE!

If Curve is not included, buy two Mitchums of your choice and use two $1 coupons from the 6/16 SS. Pay $4 and get 2000 points ($2), making these $1 each. Walgreens' site has a $1-off-2 ecoupon too.

$2.99 Gillette razors

Gillette Skinguard or Venus razors and razor systems are $9.99. Buy $20 worth and get 10,000 Balance Rewards points ($10.) Now, you would think you could buy two to take advantage of this offer, but no - unlike CVS, Walgreens is not forgiving of that two cents under the threshold.

So, buy three ($29.97.) Use two $4 coupons from the 6/23 RM and one $3 printable. (The 7/7 PG has s $2 coupon too.) Pay $18.97 and get 10,000 points ($10.) That's $8.97 for three, or $2.99 each.

$3.50 Gillette disposable razors

Gillette 2-4ct. Mach 3 disposable razors are $7.29 each or 2-for-$14. Buy four and get 4000 Balance Rewards points ($4.) Use two $5-off-2 coupons from the 7/7 PG (Walgreens.com has one ecoupon too, and here's a $3-off-1 printable. With two $5-off-2s, pay $18 and get 4000 points ($4.) That's $14 for four, or $3.50 each.

With two $3 printables, use those and one $5-off-2. Pay $17 and get 4000 points. That's $13 for four, or $3.25 each.

Notes on Balance Rewards points

Walgreens Balance Rewards points accrue on your Balance Rewards card when you buy featured items in the ad each week. Every 1000 points is worth $1.00. You can "cash out" (spend) your Balance Rewards points in increments of $1.00 too.

1000 points = $1.00
2000 points = $2.00
3000 points = $3.00
4000 points = $4.00
5000 points = $5.00

Notes on Register Rewards

You will only receive one Register Reward per offer per transaction. Example: A name-brand box of cereal generates a $1 Register Reward. Buying three identical boxes will not generate three $1 rewards. You cannot use Register Rewards to pay for items made by the same manufacturer. This will prevent the next set of Register Rewards from printing.

Example: I have a $1 Register Reward that I received buying Crest. If I use it to buy more Crest, the register will not generate another reward, as the first Crest reward prevents it from printing. Now, if I used a Crest Reward to buy Colgate, a Colgate Reward would print. I could then use that to buy Crest, and so on.

You can receive multiple Register Rewards in the same transaction, provided they are separate offers. I can buy a box of cereal that generates a Register Reward, a tube of toothpaste that generates a Register Reward, and a bottle of shampoo that generates a Register Reward -- all in the same transaction -- as long as they are different offers in the same ad.
