Regarding balance rewards…i understood that if you used your balance rewards you had stored from previous purchases, you wouldn’t received the ones available on the new purchase. Cashier told me today that’s not the case. She said exception was the coupons they send to your house that give you More balanced reward points. Have I missed something here?

I was confused on this topic also. I have earned points on transactions where I used points, but twice recently didn’t earn points when I used points. I emailed Walgreens and was told that they subtract the dollar value of the points from an offer that earns points, but if you buy enough you still get the points. I know confusing. Here is what happened with my online purchase. I was supposed to earn $10 (or something) on the purchase of $30, but I only bought $30 of goods. I used points to pay, so my total when below $30, so I didn’t earn the points. If say I had purchased $40 worth of goods and used $10 of points. I would have still earned the points on the $30 purchased. I don’t know why Walgreens has to be sooo difficulty.

The Crest deal is listed wrong. You must buy 4 of the Crest items to get the $6 Register Reward. I don’t see anyway to get the items free without a least 2 $2 coupons and 2 $1 coupons.

Arrgh…! That’s what I get for pasting last week’s RR Crest deal text and attempting to modify it. :) I have a new scenario written for .62 Crest. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Would it be possible to review the initial question regarding balance rewards. Thank you.
