Here is a list of Catalina offers for January 2017. Most of these are believed to be national offers, though in each product’s case, I am noting the store that the alert printed at. If a Catalina is known to be a store-specific offer, I’ll note that too.
If you try a Catalina deal at a store other than the one listed, and the deal works, please comment and I’ll update this list for everyone. Again, these are not guaranteed to work at any store other than the store the alert originally printed at. (If you’re a risk-taker who doesn’t mind taking one for the team, feel free to try these elsewhere and report back…)

What happened to Catalina’s CouponNetwork website?
Catalina’s CouponNetwork site (the previous official source at Catalina for National Catalina info) is no longer online. A group of coupon bloggers and I have gotten together to share information about the Catalina alerts we’ve received. The above list list has been compiled by bloggers from around the country, myself included.

On the huggies catalina I read that Harris Teeter was included. Have not tried it yet but plan too when super doubles starts.

a local Jewel-Osco that has shelf tags telegraphing the Catalinas means i can sort of corroborate a couple (i didn’t buy any of these or get any alerts from an actual Catalina machine):
1) “Bob Evans sausage”
tags for the 16oz roll, and the 12oz links or patties.
the dollar+quantity matches, but it listed the date as 12/26/16 – 1/22/17. maybe a typo.

2) “Carnation Breakfast Essentials”
tags for the boxes, canisters, and multi-pack bottles. lists the “Buy 2 and get a $1” Catalina.
date matches yours above. maybe didn’t list higher quantities due to lack of space?

Thank you (and sorry you had trouble posting!) Shelf tags are as good as an alert. With regard to the Carnation, it’s pretty common to only list the first tier on shelf tags for space limits. I updated above to include your dates, as I only had notice of the Bob Evans from a store far from our area.
