New Abound snacks and healthier shelf tagging

Gold Emblem Abound, a new line of snacks that are free from all artificial flavors and preservatives, has debuted at CVS. Products range from trail mixes and granola bars to popcorn, fruit snacks and rice crisps.

Two questions about the Starbucks deal:
1) Do you have to hit $30 AFTER the coupons are scanned or before?
2) Is it a 1 time ExtraBucks, or will you get it each time you reach $30? For instance, if I spent $60, would I get $20 in EB? (We go through a LOT of Starbucks k-cups here).

The only $3 Olay coupon I can find in the 7/6 PG is when you buy 2 products, not one. Am I missing something or is this just not as good a deal after all?
