Fisher Boy Breaded Seafood (18-24oz. fish fillets, tenders or sticks) are on sale for $3.99. Use this .75 printable and pay $3.24.

Dannon Danimals and Activia yogurt (4-6 packs) are on sale for $2 each. Use the .50 Danimals coupon from 8/14 SS and pay $1.49! Or, buy 3 Activia. Use the $1-off-3 from 8/7 SS. You’ll pay $5 for 3, or about $1.67 each.

Deli deal! Di Lusso Muenster cheese or ham is on sale for $2.99 per half-pound. Use the $1 coupon from 7/17 SS or a printable and pay $1.99! The ad states that you can get a free sandwich keeper with a 1lb. Di Lusso purchase in store too.

Possible McCain frozen potatoes deal: Check your freezer case to see if they’ve got McCain Frozen Potatoes on clearance. At my store (Huntley) they were all marked down to $2.29. SavingStar has some new ecoupons out that line up nicely to this:

– $1 off McCain Sweet Potato Fries

After ecoupons, I paid $1.29 for each. This is an easy “maybe” deal to plan for, as you don’t have to cut any coupons! Load them up and see what you find when you get to the store.

Here’s a deal on Gain laundry and dish detergent. There’s a national Catalina deal running on Gain items. Buy 3 Gain, one of which is laundry detergent, and get a $3 Catalina. (This one is also running at Dominick’s, where the $3 instant savings on top of it makes it a little better deal-wise, but it’s up to you.) Here are your prices and matchups:

Note that a LOT of people have reported not getting Catalinas when buying the red apple-scented Gain dish detergent. It IS shown in the ad though. If you try it and it does not work, make sure to let the customer service desk know.

Jewel is running a deal on Malt-O-Meal cereal and Better Oats Oatmeal. (The prices are not super-great here, but if you’d like both, keep reading…) 16.5-21.5oz. Malt-O-Meal cereals are $2.50 each. Buy two and get two 5ct. Better Oats Oatmeal FREE.

There’s a $1-off-3 Malt-O-Meal printable coupon here. As you can print two, you’re better off buying in even numbers. So, print two and buy six Malt-O-Meal and six Better Oats Oatmeal. (Anytime meat is under $2 a pound (no matter what it is — beef, pork, poultry) it’s a buy in my book, because $2 is a cycle low and a good benchmark for meat prices. This is also true for most produce. Seafood, by its nature, is more expensive per pound, but a good “buy” benchmark is $4 per pound or less.)

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.”
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.
