Dominick’s Just For U ecoupons are undergoing an upgrade this week, so they don’t have any new Just For U specials at the moment. The site advises to print your shopping list by 2/29, as the new upgrade will roll out on March 1st.

Meijer has a Catalina sale running on Charmin bath tissue. 12 mega rolls or 24 double rolls are on sale for $12.99 each. Buy two and get a $6 Catalina for your next shopping trip! There’s a tiny .25 coupon in the 1/29 PG. With two coupons, pay $25.48 and get a $6 Catalina. That’s $19.48 for two packages, or $9.74 each. This works out to about .41 per double roll, or about .81 per mega roll. This is a good price for the double rolls.

Meijer’s running their “Buy 10 for $10, get the 11th FREE” sale again! Mix and match any included items in the ad, pay $10, and the 11th will be free. Note that Meijer does not allow a coupon on a free item, and the order in which your items are scanned in the lane determines which item is free (i.e., the 11th item across the belt.) If you are using coupons on ALL of your items, make sure your 11th item is a non-coupon item, as a coupon will not be applied to it.

The Rockford-area Logli stores share the same ad as Hilander (Schnucks) now, so these deals apply at the four Rockford-area Logli stores as well. I have had some readers from DeKalb write and ask if these deals will also apply to their store. In looking at both ads, SOME of the deals are the same, but Rockford at times has a Hilander-specific wraparound that isn’t a part of the DeKalb Schnucks ad. Remember too that the DeKalb store does not double coupons.

The current ad is good through TUESDAY, Feb. 28th.

SUNDAY ONLY: 8ct. giant rolls of Viva Paper Towels (ad says equivalent of 12 rolls) are $9.99. Buy two and get a FREE 60ct. Kleenex Hand Towels. There’s a $1 Viva coupon in the 1/15 SS that expires 2/26 (and that’s why you need to do this deal today..!)

So, buy two Viva. With two $1 coupons, pay $17.98 and get your free Kleenex hand towels too. That works out to $1.12 per giant roll. Not crazy-cheap, but okay if you need them.

Now, there’s also a new coupon in the 2/26 SS for a FREE $5 Target gift card if you buy Viva AND two Scrubbing Bubbles, Fantastik, Windex, or Pledge. Both the Scrubbing Bubbles and Pledge are on sale for $3.50 each this week.

IF you need the paper towels anyway, adding two Scrubbing Bubbles or Pledge will also add $7 to your total… but you’ll get $5 back. That knocks your cleaners to $1 each after the whole deal.

Here are a few little “free after printable” deals…

Target has some new printable coupons out for their Up & Up house brands. Print a coupon for $1 off Up & Up Oral Care. You may find a cheap toothbrush with this, or go for the dental floss. It was .99 at my store, and the coupon makes it FREE!

At the same link on Target’s site, look for a $1 off Up & Up Cleaning. Bottles of bleach are usually around $1.49, as are some of the spray cleaners. Or, look for Up & Up cleaning sponges, which were also .99 at my store… and FREE after coupon!

If your store carries single bottles of Joint Juice fitness water, you may find that they’re priced between $1.19-$1.49. Use this $1.50 printable and pay… nothing! It’s FREE!

CVS Tips: Remember to always scan your CVS card at the Coupon Center scanner in the store — it prints bonus coupons for you!

And, if you haven’t already, make sure your CVS ExtraCare card is registered for the CVS Beauty Club before you do any deals involving beauty products. It gives you $5 in ECBs for every $50 you spend on beauty products, and it is cumulative, meaning you don’t have to spend $50 in one trip. It keeps track for you and will automatically print ECBs on your next visit to the store when you reach a $50 threshold.

Wrapping things up with Walmart…

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store. While the policy doesn’t require this, it does speed the price-matching along.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.”
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.

I do not blog Walmart deals each week unless there is a weekly ad with noteworthy deals. Every store location’s regular prices are different, and Walmart does not issue a weekly ad every week. I’ve listed Walmart at the end of each week’s Deals writeup, because if you see any deals above that you want, you’ll likely also be able to do them at Walmart.
