Hello, Super-Couponers! I have to admit, it’s been a bit of a crazy week over here. In two days, this lovely little girl in the photo with me is turning sixteen years old. It was already surreal when she became a teenager three years ago, but now to have one that’s passed Driver’s Ed and has her eyes on our vehicles? Here’s a deal that my four-year-old spotted in the store this week! The single cup-servings of Oreos, Teddy Grahams, and other Nabisco snacks are on sale for $1. Use the $3-off-3 Nabisco coupon from 1/8 SS2 and get THREE free! (Seriously, I was so proud of him. He knew we had those 3-off-3s, as I showed them to him a couple of weeks ago and said when we saw crackers or cookies on sale for a dollar, they’d be free. We walked by a display and he said “MOM! They are a DOLLAR and they will be FREE!” Smartie!)

Another “spotted in the store” deal… 1-liter bottles of Coke Zero are on sale for .99. With the Facebook .99 off any Coke Zero product printable coupons, they’re FREE! 2-liters are also on sale at Jewel for $1.50 – they’d be .51 with coupon if you want to get more Coke Zero.

OR go for the 24-packs. They’re on sale for $6 each when you buy two. With two .99 Coke Zero coupons, pay $10.02 for two, or $5.01 each.

Remember last week’s double-dip deal on Kleenex? The double-dip continues this week with a different Catalina offer. Single boxes of Kleenex (75-184ct.) or Kleenex Cool Touch (50-69ct.) are on sale for $1.50. Just as last week, there’s a “Stay Healthy and Save” Catalina on Henkel and Kleenex products running from 1/15-2/16: Spend $10, get $3.

Jewel is running an “A Taste Of Home” mail-in promotion on P&G products. Buy $25 worth of P&G products in one transaction and receive a 2-piece cookware set and one cookbook of your choice via mail (view ad here.)

The cookware is a 12-quart tamale steamer, a 5-cup rice cooker, and one of the following cookbooks: “Fresh Mexico,” “Latin Grilling,” or “Cocina Cubana.” $25 worth of goods must be purchased in the same transaction, and you must submit a receipt from the same store you found the forms in (must be from Jewel – cannot use a Dominick’s receipt, etc.)

This week I had THREE – a FREE Dannon Activia yogurt 4-pack, a FREE Larabar, and a FREE Bon Apetit Gourmet 22-24oz. frozen entree! (Smart marketing, Dominick’s… it gets me to make the trip in instead of price-matching their ad closer to home…)

Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks (4.5-8oz.) are on sale for .99 each when you buy four. You must buy four to get this price. So, buy four and use two .50-off-2 coupons from the 1/8 GM or printables (another printable here!) You’ll pay $2.96 for four, or .74 per box. Best price we’ve seen in quite some time!

And, I LOVE that the Simply Fruit roll-ups are included here too – the ones that are over 90% fruit instead of “fruit flavored” snacks. These are usually more expensive, but all are the same price in this sale. What’s not to like about that?

Dannon Activia Yogurt (4ct.) is on sale for $1.88. Use the $1 coupon from 1/15 SS and pay .88!

Pringles (5.71-6.41oz.) are on sale for $1.67 per can. Buy four and use the $1-off-4 coupon from the 1/1 PG. You’ll pay $5.67 for four cans, or about $1.42 each.

24-packs of Coke Zero are on sale for $5.49 each when you buy two. With two .99 Coke Zero coupons, pay $9 for two, or $4.50 each.

Then, when you’re at the checkout, type your cellphone number into the keypad at the register, and your coupons come off automatically.

The Rockford-area Logli stores share the same ad as Hilander (Schnucks) now, so these deals apply at the four Rockford-area Logli stores as well. I have had some readers from DeKalb write and ask if these deals will also apply to their store. In looking at both ads, SOME of the deals are the same, but Rockford at times has a Hilander-specific wraparound that isn’t a part of the DeKalb Schnucks ad. Remember too that the DeKalb store does not double coupons.

It keeps track for you and will automatically print ECBs on your next visit to the store when you reach a $50 threshold.

Wrapping things up with Walmart…

I spotted a deal on Pictionary Man (the one where you draw on a plastic toy man to make him into a referee, surfer, or whatever your card says he should be!) It was on clearance for $10.99. With the $5 coupon from 1/22 SS or a printable, I paid $5.99!

Deals continuing from previous weeks:

Did you see the nice new $5 Purina One Beyond dog food coupon in the 1/15 SS? 3.5lb. bags sell for about $6.49 at Walmart (that’s what they were priced at in my area, anyway.) Use the coupon and pay $1.49!

If you’re still carrying around those $3-off-3 Nabisco coupons from the 1/8 SS2, check out the tiny, cute boxes of Wheat Thins and Ritz that I spotted at Walmart! Buy 3 and they’re FREE with coupon! One of my readers suggested buying the single-serve cups of Teddy Grahams with these coupons too, which are also a buck. My store didn’t carry those, but they had these.

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.”
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.

I do not blog Walmart deals each week unless there is a weekly ad with noteworthy deals. Every store location’s regular prices are different, and Walmart does not issue a weekly ad every week. I’ve listed Walmart at the end of each week’s Deals writeup, because if you see any deals above that you want, you’ll likely also be able to do them at Walmart.
