Here are your Jewel-Osco deals for the current week…
View weekly ad | Load SavingStar ecoupons | Load Jewel-Osco ecoupons
Note: This writeup has been updated to include the 3/24 Jewel ads and new coupons.
Top deals: $10 off ham coupon, Free Chips Ahoy, .14 7-Up Ten 2-liters, .50 Fuze, Powerade and Glaceau, .67 Bailey’s coffee creamer, .99 Essential Everyday garlic bread, $1.19 Bic razors, $1.25 Biore pore strips and cleansers, $1.50 Hefty One-Zip bags, .67 Hormel Compleats
IMPORTANT JEWEL-OSCO NOTE: All Jewel locations have updated their cash registers to a new system. If you are using TWO coupons on a Buy One, Get One Free sale, the register is currently scanning the second coupon as $0.00. The register will not beep and you will have no way of knowing your coupon’s value did not get recognized unless you are watching closely. Jewel is working on a solution to this problem and I have a response from corporate here indicating that their two-coupons-on-a-B1G1F policy has NOT changed. Watch your registers.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT JEWEL-OSCO NOTE:Ecoupons you can currently use with the Jewel-Osco Rewards card are via SavingStar and Jewel-Osco’s new ecoupons. Note that the ecoupons you can load to card are often the same as the ones you can print at Coupons.com. If you print them, you get two prints, but if you load them, you only get ONE. Just an FYI.
LAST IMPORTANT JEWEL-OSCO NOTE: Jewel-Osco has gone to a one-page paper ad in the newspaper some weeks in some market areas, but the full Sunday ad is available online at www.jewelosco.com. This ad is valid at ALL stores, even if you did not receive the full ad in your local paper.

I know the deal is try at your own risk but I just want to give a heads up that I tried the spend $15 get $5 back tonight and it was a no go. I only bought items that were actually tagged as part of the catalina. I bought 2 Clear Men’s Shampoo and 2 Degree deodorant. The Clear was 2/$10 and the Degree was 3.29 so I was at $16.58 before coupons. I used 2 buy Degree get Clear Shampoo free and a $4 OYNO cat and did not receive another Catalina.

The early posting is SO great! I shop at a Jewel where many of the decent deals get scooped up on Thursday. By Monday they are totally out of stock on the sale items.

Thanks for posting early! I’d like to do the Biore deal but I don’t fully understand it. Since the coupon is “Buy Strips, Get Cleanser FREE,” do I have to make sure the register has the strips as a “paid” item, not a “free” item? Thanks for your help!

I have been away for awhile. Will the $4 cat on the chips ahoy roll or do you have to buy something else with the $4 cat? Thanks

Thanks Jill for posting early! Its a great thing.
My husband just went to Jewel in Palatine and saw that the Palermo pizzas were 2/$9. I was sad.
But on a good note, with all the cereal he purchased, he somehow came with two “free milk” catalinas, which I can only assume came from the ~8 boxes of GM cereal he purchased.
Ahh the mysteries of sending your husband to the grocery store (although your list makes it even possible!)

I see in the ad that Edge shave gel is on sale B2G1F. There is a $1/1 coupon in the 3/10 SS. Will that work here, and how many coupons do I use if so??

When you update your deals on Sunday or whenever can you use a different color to highlight what you have added so I can quickly see what is new since you are adding to the old post or change the font.
Thanks for the what feels like early post on these.
