If you haven’t yet signed up for the “Just For U“ electronic discounts that you can load to your Dominick’s Fresh Values card, you may want to. For registering your card, you’ll receive an ecoupon for a FREE 12-ct. Lucerne large eggs! You’ll also activate a set of electronic discounts that are tied to your card for the next 90 days. Each person’s discounts are different, and they’re based on past purchases made with your Fresh Values card at Dominick’s.

“No Coupon Needed” Deals:

Dominick’s meat deals:

Want FREE marinade? Many Dominick’s will marinate your fresh meat free at the meat counter, so depending on what you’re buying, you may want to take advantage of that.

Meijer’s running an instant-savings sale on Edy’s, Haagen Dazs, Edy’s Fruit Bars and Nestle Drumsticks. Buy $12 worth and get $3 in instant-savings! All items in this deal are $3 each. Here are your matchups:

Edy’s 1.5qt. ice cream – $3
– $1 off 2 – 6/12 SS

Nestle Drumsticks 4ct. – $3

With either of these, buy 4 items ($12.) Use two $1 coupons (now $10.) Receive $3 in instant savings, and you’re paying $7 for 4, which is $1.75 each. Especially for the Edy’s tubs, this isn’t a terrible price.

Meijer is running a Catalina deal on Dannon Yogurts. Buy 10 or more of any Dannon products and receive a $2 Catalina. The ad is showing Dannon Danimals and Dan-O-Nino 6-packs on sale for $1.89 each. The 6/5 SS has $1 coupons for each.

If you have 5 inserts from that week and want to do a major stock-up on yogurt, buy 5 of each ($18.90) With ten $1 coupons (again, two $1 coupons in each insert) pay $8.90 and get $2 back. $6.90 for 10 multipacks is .69 each – a steal for these!

Smuckers Jams and Jellies are on sale for $1.67 each. Buy two and use the $1-off-2 coupon from 5/22 RP. You’ll pay $2.34 for two, or $1.17 each.

Meijer is running its “Buy 10 for $10, Get the 11th FREE” sale again. Remember that with this sale, the 11th item that is scanned at the checkout lane IS your free item, and Meijer does not typically allow a coupon to be used on a free item. So, make sure that your 11th item scanned is a NON-coupon item, like produce or a store-brand item. Best bets this week?

My thoughts? I LOVE to stock up on the Old Orchard Juice Concentrates during these sales. Buying 11 of them with one coupon will cost $9, or about .82 per juice. For that price, I am always happy to mix my own juices up! I also LOVE the ground turkey at $1/lb. here. It is primarily dark meat, but I like to use it for tacos and sloppy joes.

Meijer is running a Catalina sale on Pampers Diapers and Wipes. Spend $10 on Pampers diapers or wipes and receive a $2 Catalina, or $20 on Pampers diaper and wipes and receive a $5 Catalina. The 6/5 PG has two $1.50 Pampers diaper coupons in it.

“No Coupon Needed” Deals:

Are you a Meijer Mperks member yet? Mperks is a different set of electronic Meijer coupons. They’re attached to your cellphone number, but aside from one text message to activate your account, you do not need to use text messaging to continually use them. Once you register with Meijer Mperks, you log into the Mperks website and click the electronic coupons you’d like to load to your account. Then, when you’re at the checkout, type your cellphone number into the keypad at the register, and your coupons come off automatically.

AND, if you shop at the Illinois NILES or ORLAND Meijer locations, they haven’t been following the same sale flyer as the other Illinois Meijers, under the convoluted reasoning that because the stores are newer, people will shop there -without- as many products being on sale. O-kay.

Here’s a cheap pantiliners deal! Target-branded Up & Up 20ct. Pantiliners are .89. Print the .75 Up & Up Feminine Product printable coupon and pay .12!

Aussie Hair Care products are cheap this week too if you got one of the Target coupon inserts from 5/1 or 5/22. Aussie is on sale for $2.99 a bottle. The 5/1 TARGET insert has a store coupon for $1 off Aussie. Stack this with the $1 manufacturer coupon from the 6/12 RP or the 2011 P&G Everyday Savings coupon book. After coupons, you’ll pay .99!

Decent diaper deal: Jumbo packs of Luvs diapers are on sale for $6.99. Use the $1 coupon from 5/1 PG or the 2011 P&G Everyday Savings coupon book and pay $5.99…

Reader Beaner2 sent a deal on Dr. Scholl’s women’s shoe insoles. They’re involved in a gift card deal – buy two and get a $5 Target gift card back. She writes, “Many of the women’s insoles are on sale for $6.99. These are the usually-expensive gel filled kind, not those cheap foam ones.” So, buy two at $6.99. Use the $1 Target store coupon on their site at this link and stack it with two $1 manufacturer printable coupons.

After coupons, pay $10.98 and get a $5 gift card back… $5.98 for two is $2.99 each. If you like these, that’s less than half their regular price.

SuperTarget produce deals:

Drugstore Deals

Heading to Walgreens (View weekly ad)…

It wouldn’t be a good shopping week at Walgreens without freebies..! Kicking things off is a deal on Wal-Fex 24-Hour Allergy Relief (5ct. – it’s their version of Allegra.) It’s on sale for $3.99. Buy it and get $3.99 back in Register Rewards, making it FREE! And look around the store… some stores have a Walgreens booklet about allergy relief near the pharmacy or in the aisle. If you find this, there’s a $1 coupon inside for the Wal-Fex that will make this a moneymaker.

Bayer Advanced Aspirin (20-24ct.) is on sale for $3. Buy it and get $1 back in RRs. Use the $2 coupon from 6/12 SS, pay $1 and get $1 back, making this FREE! The same deal is running at CVS too.

Men’s Blistex RPM lip balm is on sale for $2. Buy it and get $2 back in Register Rewards, making it FREE too!

Colgate 360 Toothbrushes are on sale for $2.99. Buy one and get $2 back in Register Rewards! Use the $1 coupon from the May All You, pay $1.99 and get $2 back… and it’s FREE!

Walgreens Premium Jumbo Diapers are on sale for $4.99 a pack this week, already a good price. If you have the Infant Care book (in-store coupon book) there’s a coupon inside for $2 off, which will knock these to a very nice $2.99!

If you have an AARP card (or shop with someone who does) remember that through June 25th, AARP members can show their card and receive a $3 Register Reward for in $10 Walgreens-store-brand purchases. This does work pre-coupon, so if you’ve got the infant care coupon book, you can do this one of two ways…

Buy three jumbo packs of Walgreens Premium Diapers ($14.97.) The Infant Care coupon takes $2 off EACH pack, so now you’re at $8.97. Pay $8.97 and get $3 back, which works out to $5.97 for three packs, or $1.99 each!

Or do the deal with a cheap filler! Two jumbo packs puts you at $9.98, just two cents shy of $10. Find something super-cheap that’s Walgreens brand to throw in here. I like the purse packs of facial tissues, which are usually 3-for-$1.

With a .34 pack of tissue plus your two Jumbo packs, you’ll be at $10.32. Use the $2 Infant Care coupon, which again takes $2 off each diaper pack. Now you’re at $6.32. Pay and get $3 back – $3.32 for two is an incredible $1.66 per pack!

(Of course, if you want to stock up, buying 3 at a time is definitely faster, and you’re only spending .33 more per pack.)

Edge or Skintimate shaving gel is $1.99, limit 4, with the store coupon in this week’s Wags ad. Stack this with the .55 manufacturer coupon for either from the 5/22 SS and pay $1.44!

The Schick Hydro shaving gel is an even better deal though. It’s also $1.99, limit 4, with the same store coupon. Stack this with the .75 coupon from the new 6/12 SS and pay $1.24! There’s also a $1 printable here that will net you .99 Schick gel!

Why not get a cheap Schick razor to go with your cheap shaving gels? Schick Hydro razors are on sale for $8.99. Buy one and get $4 back in Register Rewards! Use the $4 coupon from the 6/12 SS, pay $4.99 and get $4 back… and you’ve knocked that razor down to a cool .99!

Or, head over to CVS, where the same razor is FREE with their deal…

Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner is on sale for $2.99, Buy One Get One Free with the store coupon in this week’s Dominick’s ad. Stack this with the $1-off-2 in the 6/12 SS. You’ll pay $1.99 for two, or about $1 each! Good price for this.

Natural Instincts Haircolor is on sale for $5.99. Buy it and get $1 back in RRs. There are coupons in the new 6/12 RP for $2 off (the regular kind) and $3 off (the “vibrant” kind. BE WARNED that if you aren’t aware, the new “vibrant” variety is a PERMANENT haircolor, not a temporary.)

With the $3 coupon, pay $2.99 and get $1 back, knocking this to $1.99! With the $2 coupon, it will work out to $2.99.

The Coca-Cola lover in me is happy to see that all licensed Coca-Cola products are on sale 25% off this week at Walgreens… every year I seem to find some cool, irresistible Coke-themed drinking glasses and tumblers, among other things…

Motrin PM 20ct. is FREE after a coupon/ECB deal too! It’s on sale for $4. Buy it and get $3 back in ECBs! Use the $1 coupon from 6/12 RP, pay $3 and get $3 back… and it’s FREE!

If you missed getting cheap or free John Freida Full Repair treatments last week, they’re still a good deal this week. They’re on sale for $8 at CVS, and they’re also involved in a “Spend $10, Get $3” ECB deal. The 6/5 SS has a $5 coupon in it for each. If you’ve got two inserts, buy two bottles ($16.) Use two $5 coupons. Pay $6 and get $3, making these $1.50 each!

“No Coupon Needed” Deals:

Dozen cartons of eggs are $1.49.

CVS is again running a gas card promotion that will run for the next few weeks. Spend $30 on selected items in the ad and get a $10 gas card. You do NOT have to purchase all $30 in the same shopping trip, but you DO have to purchase $30 worth in this particular calendar week — it will not carry over to next week. Your CVS Extra Care Card will track the $30 for you.

CVS Tip: Remember to always scan your CVS card at the Coupon Center scanner in the store — it prints bonus coupons for you!

Wrapping things up with Walmart…

Huggies 64ct. Baby Wipes are $1.97. Use the .50 coupon from 6/12 SS and pay $1.47!

“No Coupon Needed” Deals:

Wal-Mart has numerous Blu-Ray movie titles on sale for $10, including Clash of the Titans, Sherlock Holmes, Terminator Salvaion, Full Metal Jacket, The Dark Knight, and more. They’ve also got a Vizio Blu-Ray player on sale for $88 (Father’s Day ideas, anyone?)

FREE Gain Dishwashing Liquid: The P&G $110 Everyday Savings coupon mailer contains a coupon for $1 off Gain Dishwashing Liquid. Walmart sells Gain for .97 (exp. 6/30/11)

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.” I have heard from one reader who used a $3 Register Reward on a $2.49 copy of All You magazine and DID receive change, in cash.
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.

Will I blog Walmart in its entirety each week?

I will not be blogging entire writeups for Walmart each week. Every store location’s regular prices are different, and Walmart does not issue a weekly ad every week. I’ve listed Walmart at the end of each week’s Deals writeup, because if you see any deals above that you want, you’ll likely also be able to do them at Walmart.
