* Have you heard of All You? All You is a coupon-filled magazine! It sells for $2.49 an issue at Walmart (they have an exclusive newsstand distribution for it) or you can subscribe online for less. It’s a very nice magazine, but truthfully, I rarely get around to reading it… because I’m getting it for the coupons! The June issue has over $110 worth of coupons inside — really! And, it has an alphabetical index of all the products, coupons, values, and pages they appear on. Yep, what’s not to love about that? So, when deals feature All You coupons, I post them here too :)
Still at Jewel, if you missed the cheap Max Factor makeup sale a few weeks ago, it’s back! Max Factor eye shadows are on sale for $5.29, B1G1F. They are also on Avenu for $1.50 off each. Avenu will take $1.50 off each (even the free one) so now you’re at $2.29 for two. Add the $2 off Max Factor coupon from 5/10 RP and pay .29 for two! If you get multiple inserts, use two $2 coupons and get $1.71 in overage. They’ll pay you to take the makeup home!
And still at Jewel, here’s more cheap salad dressing… (are you guys tired of all the free/cheap salad dressing deals yet?) Certain varieties of Kraft South Beach dressings are on sale for $2.40. South Beach dressings are also on Avenu for $1.00 off each. Stack that with the $1 off Kraft salad dressing coupon from 6/21 SS and take this home for .40 a bottle…
Several of my Forum members have jumped on a good deal on Pub Burgers at Jewel too. These are $5.12 for 4 half-pound burger patties. (The weekly ad states that this sale ends 6/20, but many stores are still running the promotion through 7/1, so check!) Look for store coupons near the pub burgers for “Save $3 on Pub Burgers if you buy a Country Crock side dish.”
The Country Crock side dishes are $3.50 at most stores. Use the $1 off Country Crock sides from 4/5 US to bring the price of the CC dish down too, and pay $4.62 for both! Not too shabby! :)
OR, multistack this even further! Look for peelies on Grande Tortilla Chips for $2 off beef when you buy 2 Grande tortilla chips. The chips are $2.50 a bag, so add 2 of those to your cart… AND, use two $1 off Grande tortilla chips coupons from 4/19 SS and 6/21 SS. NOW we’re multistacking… because adding the chips adds $5 to our total… but these coupons will take $4 off. For $5.62, you now have 4 burgers, a side dish, and 2 bags of chips! That’s a pretty cheap start to a backyard cookout :) Thanks to everyone who posted about this deal!
Still at Jewel, how about some really cheap frozen waffles? Wild Harvest organic frozen waffles (6 ct) are on sale for $3.39, B1G1F. Print 2 $1 coupons for waffles, juice or yogurt, use one on each box, and pay $1.39 for 2 boxes, or about .70 each!
Incidentally, the other $1 off any Wild Harvest coupon on the same site is also very useful at Jewel, as there are SO many items you can use this on. Print & carry those too!
And STILL at Jewel, Bumble Bee Albacore tuna in the 2.5 ounce pouches are on sale for $1.50 each. Use the $1 coupon from 6/14 SS and take this home for just .50!
Over at Meijer, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran is $1.75 a box. Use the $1 coupon from 6/7 RP and pay .75 a box…
And, vitamins are a good deal at Meijer this week too. One A Day vitamins are $6.50 a bottle. Use the $4 coupon from 3/22 SS and pay just $2.50 a bottle!
Note that Meijers in other states are on different schedules. The Illinois Meijers are about a week behind on the sales vs. Indiana/Michigan. If you’re in Illinois, these Meijer deals run through Wednesday. If you’re reading from another state, they ENDED Saturday at your store… Confusing? Yes. This is why I don’t blog too many Meijer deals…
Over at Dominick’s, if you’re a charcoal griller, it’s time once again to print and use one of our very favorite coupons this year, Gather Round the Grill! This coupon is good for $6 off any Pork when you buy a bag of Kingsford Charcoal. Dominick’s has a store coupon on the front page of their flyer which makes Kingsford Charcoal $5.99 a bag. So, if you buy around $6 worth of pork, you’re getting the pork AND the charcoal for $6!
This lines up nicely with a sale on boneless pork chops at Doms, which are $1.79/lb. 3 1/2 pounds will cost you about $6.26 – prices will vary with size of package.
If you’ve used the GRTG coupon before, you know that it requires you to purchase pork, charcoal, and one other item on the list. My favorite filler? A bottle of KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce… because you can use the coupon from 5/10 RP for “Buy Kingsford Charcoal, get KC Masterpiece FREE” and get pork chops, charcoal, AND barbecue sauce… all for around $6!
Or, go with the Wet Ones wipes as a filler. The small packs are around $1 (near paper plates and napkins) and with this coupon, they’ll be a cheap or free filler for GRTG!
Hey Hilander/Kroger shoppers, I haven’t forgotten you either… there are some good freebies for you this week too, all centered around a “grilling” theme… just as we head into the heat of summer!
McCormick Grill Mates are a deal this week… at $1 a pouch, they will be free when your store doubles the .50 coupons in 4/19 and 5/3 RP!
Kraft barbecue sauce is free again too with a great $1 sale. With the .50 coupon from 6/14 SS, the store will double it to make this FREE too…
and, A-1 Steak Sauce is $2 a bottle. With the $2 coupon from 6/14 SS, it is FREE!
Over at CVS, you can stock up on 20 free SoyJoy nutrition bars! They’re $1 each, and for every 4 you buy, you get $4 back in ECBs. You can do this deal 5 times per CVS card, so if you really want lots, buy 20 and get $20 in ECBS! OR, make money on the deal with coupons… use either the $2 off 10 coupon or the B1G1F coupon from 5/31 SS!
And, at Walgreens, AquaFresh Advanced toothpaste is the deal of the week… it’s $3 with $3 back in Register Rewards, making it FREE! With the $1 coupon from 6/21 SS, you’ll pay $2 and get $3 back, making it a moneymaker!

If you received a coupon book when you updated your Preferred Card, watch the expiration date for the 32 oz. Dannon yogurts. I have 2 books and one of these coupons has an expiration date of 6/1/09 and one has 4/30/10.

I did this deal tonight, but the ad didn’t state that Dannon was part of the deal, and the Dannon sale signs didn’t display the ConAgra $25–>$10 sticker! I could’ve put those purchases toward another transaction! Arrrgh.

I made an early morning trip to Jewel and tested the $20 threshold and whatdoyouknow…it worked! I did several transaction with different products and each time I needed to get only to $20 to receive theh $10 cat. Yippeee!!!!!!

Woodman’s has the 5oz. Bumble Bee Light Tuna in Water in the pouch for $1.69…less the $1.00 coupon from the 6/14 SS and it is only $.69…a better deal than Jewel. If you want the 2.5oz package is is $1.19 less the dollar, so only $.19!

Did the deal twice today, based on $20.00 worth of shelf price, worked great…and with overage!!! I didn’t need anything else, but unfortunately a lot of people do…I’m very happy, it’s wondeful that we can help the ones who really need for so little out of our own pockets! Good luck to everybody! :D

I could have sworn the stickers on the shelf said it ended on Sunday the 28th. I thought that seemed like an strange date. It must have been the preferred price that ends. Thanks for clarifing. I would have been in for quite a shock this weekend when I tried to get some deals!!!

Went to the Jewel in Oswego on Orchard and Rt. 34 and the $20 deal do not work there. The manager stated and showed me in writing that you have to purchase $20 of sale price product (not before preferred price) to get the $10 cat. back. The Yorkville store worked great so will shop there from now on.

If you want to do the Jewel Pub Burger deal this week but are having trouble finding the Grande chip peelies:
Snyder’s brand tortilla chips also have the same peelies at many Jewel’s (buy 2 bags Snyders and get $2 off beef.) There is a $1 coupon for the Snyders Multigrain tortilla chips in 4/5 SS. The Snyder’s chips were priced .43 more a bag at my Jewel than the Grande, but if you get multiple inserts and have two $1 coupons, you could do this same deal on the burgers, Country Crock, and 2 bags of chips for less than a dollar more than it’s posted in this week’s Deals. Hope this helps someone!

I did this deal sooo many times today. Help me, I can’t stop the rollover! I did it with the oil and was able to just get $20 worth (4 bottles for $10.18) but if I tried mixing items, I had to do the $25. Thanks to whoever mentioned the food pantry. I got 12 bottles of oil, 13 packs of pudding and 13 bottles of ketchup for the pantry. At the Crystal Lake and Lake in the Hills store, there were signs EVERYWHERE saying you had to SPEND $25 to get the $10 back. Just now I went thru the line with 13 bottles of ketchup and the teenager says “you are trying to get the $10 coupon, right, well you need to spend $25”. I just said ok and then smiled when out popped my $10 coupon. LOVE IT!!!

Jill has a link to an IP for David’s sunflower seeds above and I was able to print 4 before my limit, not the usual 2, so try to hit backspace and get 4 if you love them. (Any q’s out there to train a hubby how to not make a mess with them would be appreciated!)

Hi Jill:
Saw the Bumble Bee 2.5 oz packs for .97 cents today at Target! and I had .55cent blinkies from Jewel! Making them cheaper than listed above – only .42cents@

Just got back from the Fox Lake Jewel and the Grande tortilla chips were 3.29 a bag. The larger one was 3.50 but there was only one left. :( They had no ketchup and no oil. However I scored in the Dairy dept with 54 cartons of yogurt for the food pantry. The Dairy manager had brought in extra for the sale so no I did not clear out the shelves. The shelves were full when I left, I took some his back stock that was still in cases.

According to my paper con-agra is on until 6/28. Tomorrow Orville is 2/$4 , this week it is only 30% off. So tomorrow would be a better day to buy the popcorn.

I’ve been without a car for two days and I was finally able to get out to the store.
I purchased
3lbs red apples
2 trop orange juice
5 marie al dente dinners
1 can CBAD
Used 5-1.00 off Marie’s
1 free coupon for the apples
2 free coupons for the oj
Went to regular lane and one oj didn’t scan so she put in as grocery
Could this have been the reason I didn’t get the cat?
I kept my order I didn’t complain to customer service or will I call catalina tomorrow.
I figured out of pocket 8.80 wasn’t bad for all I purchased.

Question on the One a Day $4 coupon – the only one I can find says you need to purchase 2, looked it up in Coupontom and it also says to purchase 2, am I missing something? Thanks.

I tried to do the Max Factor deal at Jewel last night but it wasn’t BYGO. The avenue discount rang up, but no BYGO. The casheir even called back and checked for me. She said the sale might start today. I wonder if it was just my Jewel (Batavia). Has anyone had luck with this?
Haileysmom says
I am new to couponing. I went to two Jewel stores last night and got the frozen dinners, some Hunt’s items and yogurt and got the catalinas three times. However, the two stores were out of the Wesson oil. I was told at one of their stores that they may get a shipment today. Has anyone tried the deal today. By the way, since I am very green, I wasn’t brave enough to try the $20. I went with the $25 and ended up paying about $25 because we did get other stuff for my 16 month old girl. My husband was so exicted to come out of the store with so many things and such a small bill and an extra $10 for a future purchase. I am sure with time, I’ll be able to grab these deals for pennies like many of the pros in this blog. Thanks for all the great information you guys share here.
BTW, the second store that I visited had the sign indicating the deal only worked off $25. I did not try it there, has anyone gotten the deal for $20 at stores that have specific signs? Looking forward to your responses.
illinigirl1974 says
I did the Coco-Cola deal today at Jewel. I for 5 12-packs for $10 plus $5.00 worth of sausage free. I am a newbie to couponing but feel that $2.oo for a 12 -pack is a pretty good deal. I may just do this again tomorrow.
illinigirl1974 says
Has anyone had issues printing from SS. It says “This could take up to one minute. Please do not close this window.” but nothing ever happens. I have not printed from this site before but do not have trouble from other sites.
