That largest paper has the most, highest-value coupons. IMPORTANT JEWEL-OSCO NOTE: All Jewel locations are in the process of updating their cash registers to a new system. If your store has updated to the new registers, and you are using TWO coupons on a Buy One, Get One Free sale, the register is currently scanning the second coupon as $0.00. The register will not beep and you will have no way of knowing your coupon’s value did not get recognized unless you are watching closely. Jewel is working on a solution to this problem and I have a response from corporate here indicating that their two-coupons-on-a-B1G1F policy has NOT changed, and the Sept. 2011 coupon policy is still correct for all stores. Watch your registers.

Pom Lite (16oz.) is on sale for $2. Use the $1 coupons from 1/8 SS1 or 12/4/11 SS and pay $1!

Fisher Boy Breaded Seafood (18-24oz.) items are on sale for $5.69, Buy One Get One Free. The 2/5 SS has a $1 coupon, and there’s a .75 printable online too.

With two $1 coupons, pay $3.69 for two, or about $1.85 each! And, head to Fisher Boy’s site to print a “Deal of the Day” coupon too. At the time of this writing, today’s coupon is a “Buy Fisher Boy, Get a FREE Can of Fruit!” The site notes other Deals of the Day may be for popcorn, juice, side dishes and more. What a nice bonus!

Dannon Activia Yogurt (4ct.) is on sale for $2. Use the $1 coupon from the 2/12 SS or the February All You and pay $1!

If you haven’t yet printed $1 coupons for De Wafelbakkers pancakes from their Facebook page, print them and use them this week. 18-60ct. De Wafelbakkers are on sale for $2. Use the coupon and pay $1!

I wish there was more to write home about with the “Buy 6, Save $3” sale this week, but other than the Ore-Ida Catalina overlapping the larger bags of fries, there isn’t a whole lot here, unfortunately. If you need ketchup, the 40oz. Heinz is $1.49 after the deal.

Jewel is running an “A Taste Of Home” mail-in promotion on P&G products. Buy $25 worth of P&G products in one transaction and receive a 2-piece cookware set and one cookbook of your choice via mail (view ad here.)

The cookware is a 12-quart tamale steamer, a 5-cup rice cooker, and one of the following cookbooks: “Fresh Mexico,” “Latin Grilling,” or “Cocina Cubana.” $25 worth of goods must be purchased in the same transaction, and you must submit a receipt from the same store you found the forms in (must be from Jewel – cannot use a Dominick’s receipt, etc.)

The offer runs through 4/30/12. Look for the forms for this rebate in Spanish/Latino Jewel locations.

The form for this offer is online too on another store’s website. Several readers called the number on the form and were told that printable versions would be accepted.

UPDATE! On 2/11, I received my A Taste of Home package. It contained the rice cooker, the “Latin Grilling” cookbook I chose, and a note stating that due to overwhelming demand, the tamale steamer will not be available until June 2012, so it will ship separately.

Now, you’d think that would be FOUR free cases of Coke, but Dominick’s puts their 12-packs notoriously high during this sale at $6.29 each. The Coke Rewards free coupons are good up to $4.99, so you’ll pay $1.30 each for your first two packs, then get the other two free plus free chips. That’s $2.60 for four 12-packs, or about .65 each – and again, don’t forget to grab your free crackers too.

“Spend $10, Get $5″ Frozen Foods Catalina Sale” March is officially Frozen Food Month (did you know?) and this frozen food Catalina’s going to be fun! Buy $10 worth of any frozen (that’s before coupons, excluding frozen bakery, meat, seafood deli) and get a $5 Catalina good for any frozen items marked “NEW.” There are over 200 items marked NEW, some of which are in the ad, and most of which aren’t actually new. The big news at Meijer this week is the Kraft Cheese Catalina! It’s a triple deal involving an instant savings, a Catalina, and coupons! First, the instant-savings deal that’s advertised in the weekly flyer: Buy 3 Kraft cheese items 5oz. or larger, get $1 in instant savings; buy 4, get $2, or buy 5 or more, get $3 in instant savings. (Limit 1 per transaction.)

The Catalina deal: Buy 3 Kraft cheese items 5oz. or larger, get a $2 Catalina; buy 4, get $3, or buy 5 or more, get $4 Catalina. (Limit 1 per transaction.)

The coupon: Print two coupons for .75 off Kraft Cheese slices. Ready to put some deals together?

In the ad, Kraft shredded cheese, chunk cheese, cubes, or crumbles (5-8oz.) are 3-for-$7, or about $2.33 each. The easiest deal? Buy 5 of these ($11.66) making sure at least two are Kraft sliced cheeses. Receive $4 in instant-savings (now $7.66.) Use two .75 printable coupons (now $6.16.)

Pay $6.16 and get a $4 Catalina. That’s $2.16 for 5 cheeses, or about .43 per package!

Walmart’s site also has a $1.50-off-2 printable for other Kraft cheese items you may wish to work into this deal.

Here’s a deal on Van de Kamp’s breaded seafood and frozen vegetables! Both Van de Kamp’s Breaded Seafood (19.1-24.6oz.) and Van de Kamp’s Parchment Baked Grilled Tilapia (7.2oz.) are on sale for $2.99. When you buy two packages, you’ll get a FREE 16oz. bag of Freshlike Frozen Vegetables! Well, here’s a printable coupon for a FREE Birds Eye Steamfresh vegetables too when you buy one Van de Kamp’s Parchment Baked.

So, buy two Van De Kamps, one of which is Parchment Baked. Grab a bag of Freshlike AND a bag of Birds Eye Steamfresh. You’ll pay $5.98 for everything!

If you buy TWO Parchment Baked, you can use two of the printables, and get yourself another Steamfresh. Again, you’ll pay $5.98, but now you’re getting a Freshlike and TWO Steamfresh! That’s a deal!

Now, let’s put the deal together! Buy two Ocean Spray Cranberry and two Cherry ($8.) Use two $1-off-2 Mealbox coupons (now $6.) Use two FREE Cherry juice coupons (now $3.) You’ll pay $3 for everything, or .75 each!

Gain Laundry Detergent (50oz.) is on sale for $4.99. Buy two and use the $1.50-off-2 coupon from the 2/19 RP. You’ll pay $8.48 for two, or $4.24 each.

Are you a Meijer Mperks member? Mperks is a different set of electronic Meijer coupons. Here are your Hilander deals (also running at Logli and Schnucks)… View weekly ad

The Rockford-area Logli stores share the same ad as Hilander (Schnucks) now, so these deals apply at the four Rockford-area Logli stores as well. I have had some readers from DeKalb write and ask if these deals will also apply to their store. In looking at both ads, SOME of the deals are the same, but Rockford at times has a Hilander-specific wraparound that isn’t a part of the DeKalb Schnucks ad. Remember too that the DeKalb store does not double coupons.

The current ad is good through TUESDAY, March 6th.

Here’s a deal on Kraft Fresh Take cheese and breadcrumb mix! It’s on sale for $2 per 6oz. package. When you buy two, you’ll get $1 in instant savings! The 2/26 SS has a $1 coupon. So, buy two packages ($4, but $3 after instant.) With one coupon, pay $2 for two, or $1 each. With two $1 coupons, pay $1 for two packages, or .50 each!

CVS Tips: Remember to always scan your CVS card at the Coupon Center scanner in the store — it prints bonus coupons for you!

And, if you haven’t already, make sure your CVS ExtraCare card is registered for the CVS Beauty Club before you do any deals involving beauty products. It gives you $5 in ECBs for every $50 you spend on beauty products, and it is cumulative, meaning you don’t have to spend $50 in one trip. It keeps track for you and will automatically print ECBs on your next visit to the store when you reach a $50 threshold.

Wrapping things up with Walmart…

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store. While the policy doesn’t require this, it does speed the price-matching along.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.”
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.

I do not blog Walmart deals each week unless there is a weekly ad with noteworthy deals. Every store location’s regular prices are different, and Walmart does not issue a weekly ad every week. I’ve listed Walmart at the end of each week’s Deals writeup, because if you see any deals above that you want, you’ll likely also be able to do them at Walmart.
