In the November 20-November 24 flyer – “5 Day Sale” on cover:

Dominick’s is doing “Daily Deal” offers this week, with something new each day. They are:

– Monday: 2-liters of Pepsi or 7-Up are .88 each, and Tostito’s tortilla chips (9-13oz.) are $1.88 each, limit 2.

The ad advises to see the gift card mall in the store for more details, but the ad is showing Cheesecake Factory, Kohl’s, and Old Navy gift cards as part of the deal.

UPDATE: Reader Kiki writes that the $15 Catalina you get is actually a $15-off-$50 grocery coupon. Kiki writes, “No thanks!” I agree!

Idahoan Flavored Mashed Potatoes or Boxed Potato Casserole (3.95-4oz.) are on sale for $1. Use this $1 printable and it’s FREE!

12-packs of Coke products are on sale Buy 2 Get 2 Free. If you have two free coupons for 12-packs from Coke Rewards (they just offered these again, so if yours show up before the end of this sale, you can do this!) take them over and buy FOUR 12-packs. Your coupons will cover the first two cases, and the other two will be FREE with the store’s sale.

Now, you’d think that would be FOUR free cases of Coke, but Dominick’s puts their 12-packs notoriously high during this sale at $5.99 each. Usually the Coke Rewards freebies are good up to $5, so you’ll pay .99 each for your first two packs, then get the other two free. That’s $1.98 for four 12-packs, or about .50 per case.

Many of these are general “.50 off” coupons that don’t tell you the actual selling price of the item. The $1 printable makes the pasta FREE this week at Meijer. There’s also a $1-off-4 store coupon at Meijer Mealbox. With two $1-off-2s, buy four boxes. Stack two $1-off-2s with the $1-off-4, and you’ll pay .96 for four boxes, or .24 each!

And, of course with the $1 printable, you won’t need the Mealbox coupon, as the pasta will be FREE.

Kraft salad dressing (16oz.) is on sale for $1.67. Use this $1 printable and pay .67!

Here’s a deal on Maxwell House Coffee! 31.5-34.5oz. cans are on sale for $7.99. Buy two and get a $4 Catalina! Use this $1 printable (print two!) and buy two. After coupons, pay $13.98 for two and get $4 back. That’s $9.98 for two, or $4.99 each – best price I’ve seen on this in quite some time.

November is usually our cycle-low for coffee, tea, and cocoa too, so definitely jump on this deal if you like Maxwell House.

Are you a Meijer Mperks member? Mperks is a different set of electronic Meijer coupons. They’re attached to your cellphone number, but aside from one text message to activate your account, you do not need to use text messaging to continually use them. Then, when you’re at the checkout, type your cellphone number into the keypad at the register, and your coupons come off automatically.

Kroger is running a “Spend $25, Get $5” sale on Procter & Gamble products. It is an INSTANT savings sale, and the ad states that the $5 doesn’t come off the P&G products you’re buying, but rather $5 worth of your other groceries in the same transaction. Unfortunately none of the P&G items in the ad are shown specifically as “participating products” for the sale. Your 10/30 PG insert will be your best bet for coupons if there’s anything you’re looking to work into the sale.

The Rockford-area Logli stores share the same ad as Hilander (Schnucks) now, so these deals apply at the four Rockford-area Logli stores as well. I have had some readers from DeKalb write and ask if these deals will also apply to their store. In looking at both ads, SOME of the deals are the same, but Rockford at times has a Hilander-specific wraparound that isn’t a part of the DeKalb Schnucks ad. Remember too that the DeKalb store does not double coupons.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: The Schnucks ad cycle is a WEDNESDAY to TUESDAY ad, which means these deals run through TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd.

TURKEY DEALS: Schnucks turkeys are .39/lb. with a $25 additional purchase. Honeysuckle turkeys are .57/lb. with an additional $25 purchase. If you’re buying a Honeysuckle turkey, here’s a $1 printable.

Reader PacMan16 spotted a SUPER deal on FREE Aveeno! Target’s ad shows a deal in which you buy 3 Aveeno and get a $5 Target gift card. While the Aveeno products in the ad aren’t super-cheap, apparently all Aveeno items are included. PacMan 16 writes, “I bought 3 AVEENO lotions ($2.99 ea) = $8.97.” Use the $3-off-2 and $1 Aveeno coupons from the 10/30 SS. Pay $4.97 and get a $5 Target gift card = ALL free! The Aveeno bar soap will give you a similar (slight moneymaker) deal, as it’s priced at $2.89 per bar. Thanks for sharing!

UPDATE: Readers have written to say that the coupon excludes the 2.5oz. lotion, which is what’s on sale for $2.99, so do not do the deal with lotion. I’m traveling at the moment and don’t have access to my inserts, but if the soap bars are not excluded, you could still do the deal in that way.

There are a LOT of coupons for toys in this week’s Target ad. Most of these are available on Target.com too this week, but why print when you can save the ink?

The Target deals are kind of light this week though. I suspect that will change as Black Friday rolls around…

Bayer aspirin is $1.99 with the coupon in this week’s Wags ad. Stack this with the $2 coupon from the 9/11 RP and it’s FREE! There’s also a $1.50 coupon in the 10/23 RP or a printable that will net you .49 Bayer.

16oz. Coffee-Mate is on sale 2-for-$3. (You must buy two to receive this price.) Use two .55 printables and pay $1.90 for two, or .95 each!

Nozin Nasal Santizer (No, I don’t even want to know what this is) is on sale for $7.99. Buy it and get $7.99 back in Register Rewards, making it FREE. That is, if you want it.

Need paper towels? Viva 6ct. paper towels are on sale 2-for-$12. (You must buy two to receive this price.) The new December Walgreens coupon book has a store coupon for $3-off-2. Stack this with two manufacturer coupons, one for EACH pack of Viva. The September All You has a $2 coupon, and the 11/6 SS has a $1 coupon.

With $3 store coupon, $2 manufacturer coupon and $1 manufacturer coupon, pay $6 for two packages, or $3 each. This is a good price, as it works out to .50 per roll!

If you have neither coupon, Viva’s website has a lowly .50-off-2 printable. Doing the deal with this, plus the $3 store coupon, will net you two 6-roll packs for $8.50. This works out to $4.25 each, or .71 per roll – still not a bad price.

Here’s a deal on Huggies diaper jumbo packs. They’re on sale for $9.49. Buy the pack and get $2.50 back in RRs! Use the $2 coupon from 11/20 SS, the 11/6 Walmart insert from the newspaper, or a printable. After coupon, pay $7.49 and get $2.50 back, making these $4.99!

Nice before-Christmas gift wrap deal at after-Christmas prices! Hallmark 50-square-foot gift wrap is on sale for $1.99, buy one get TWO free! That’s $1.99 for three, or about .66 each (and that’s cheaper than the dollar store…)

Here’s a tip too that Christy, who writes The Shopper’s Apprentice, shared with me when we ran into each other this morning at the drugstore..! I was hoping to see better prices on these, but one option is to buy one $8.49 Nivea lotion and one $2.99 Lip Care ($11.48.) Use the $1 lotion coupon and the $1 lip coupon from Facebook. Pay $9.48 and get $5 back – that’s $4.48 for the big Nivea and a Lip Care.

Or, buy two hand creams ($12.78.) Use the $4-off-2 coupon. Pay $8.78 and get $5 back in ECBs – that’s $3.78 for two, or $1.89 each.

Here’s a deal on Pampers Big Box diapers! They’re on sale for $18.99. Buy the box and get $4 back in ECBs! Use the $2 coupon from 10/30 PG, pay $16.99 and get $4 back. That drops the box to $12.99 – good price!

This week’s ad is showing that you’ll receive a $5-off-20 facial skincare coupon from the coupon machine in-store. Deals you might utilize this with…

Salma Hayek Nuance products are Buy 1, Get 1 50% off this week. They’re also part of the “Spend $30, Get $10” gift card deal. So, for example, you could buy a Nuance AM/PM moisturizer at $19.99 (my favorite product from this line!) – get a second one for $9.99.

You’re now at $29.98, so you will need something small to put you over the $30 mark for the gift card deal. (While CVS’s “Spend $30” deals have worked when they’re a few pennies under $30, this one is not – I tried it this morning.) Cheapest item to add? Palmolive dish detergent at .99. The 11/13 SS has a .25 coupon for it too. Use the $5-off-20 facial skincare coupon from the machine, and you’d be at $25.72.

Pay $25.72 and get a $10 gift card back – that’s two moisturizers for $15.72, or $7.86 each. I love this AM/PM cream (I’m still partial to Olay, but this is my new favorite for nighttime) and was happy to take more home at this price. (Plus, you get a “free” Palmolive too.

If you buy the .99 CVS magazine “Reinventing Beauty,” there’s also a $2 coupon inside for Nuance this month. (It’s usually found near the beauty aisles or by the registers.) Adding the magazine to this scenario puts you at $26.71, but using the coupon inside will drop the deal to $24.71, with $10 gift card back, so you’ll save an extra dollar and gain the magazine too. [You’ll have to tell the cashier that you want to use the coupon for the Nuance at the same time you’re buying the magazine though!] CVS usually sells out of these magazines pretty quickly because they’re full of coupons and cheap. If you do find one and do this deal, keep the magazine, as it looks like there will be some coupons in here that line up to their Black Friday sales too. Also note that the store coupons inside are limited to one per customer, so buying 2 magazines to get 2 Nuance coupons won’t work.

Garnier skin care products are also on a “Spend $15, get $5” ECB deal. Best bets?

Garnier Skin Renew moisture cream is $10. There’s a $2 coupon in the 10/9 RP (EXPIRES TODAY, 11/20! After today, use the $1 coupon from 11/6 RP.) Buy two moisturizers ($20.) Use the $5-off-$20 skincare and two $2 coupons.

After coupons, you’ll pay $11 and get $5 back in ECBs. That’s two Garnier moisturizers for $6, or $3 each!

If you have multiple inserts, you could really have some fun. The Garnier Moisture Rescue Gel/Cream and SPF Moisturizers are priced at $5. With four $2 coupons, buy four. Use the $5-off-20 skincare too, and you’ll be at $7 post-coupons. Pay $7 and get $5 back! That’s $2 for FOUR moisturizers, or .50 each! Do this deal SUNDAY only though, as the coupons expire 11/20.

Or, if you don’t want to work the $5-off-$20 skincare coupon into this, do the deal one of these ways:

Buy three $5 moisturizers ($15.) Use three $2 coupons. Pay $9 and get $5 back. That’s $4 for four, or $1 each.

Buy one Skin Renew moisture cream and one Garnier cleanser ($5.) Use the $1 cleanser coupon from 11/6 RP and the $2 coupon for the moisturizer. You’ll pay $12 and get $5 back – that’s $7 for two, or $3.50 each.

Lastly, if you haven’t already, make sure your CVS ExtraCare card is registered for the CVS Beauty Club before you do any of these deals. It gives you $5 in ECBs for every $50 you spend on beauty products, and it is cumulative, meaning you don’t have to spend $50 in one trip. It keeps track for you and will automatically print ECBs on your next visit to the store when you reach a $50 threshold.

Wrapping things up with Walmart…

Here’s a deal on Wholly Guacamole fresh guac that reader Marjorie spotted! It’s $2.49 at her Walmart store. There’s a $2 Facebook printable that will drop this to .49!

Several readers have written to say that Robitussin To Go cough syrup is $1 at their Walmart locations. Use this $1.25 off any Robitussin product printable and it’s BETTER than FREE! (Remember, Walmart’s coupon policy allows shoppers to receive coupon overage.)

Policies to know:

• Walmart will price match any competitor’s advertised price. Bring the other store’s flyers with you to the store.
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept other store’s STORE coupons with an actual price listed on them. For example, a Dominick’s store coupon advertising “.99 Ragu Pasta Sauce” would be accepted. A Walgreens store coupon advertising “2/$1 Morton’s Salt” would be accepted. (A Target store coupon for “$2.50 off Huggies” would not, because it does not show the actual selling price of the item.)
   
• With the new coupon policy, Walmart will also accept competitor’s Catalina manufacturer coupons. You can get a Catalina for $1 off Snuggle and use it at Walmart.
   
• Walmart’s new coupon policy specifically addresses coupon overage. It says “Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase.”
   

I would print a copy and carry a copy of the coupon policy with you if you anticipate any issues.
