Super-Couponers, this is the final week of an incredible month of EXCLUSIVE giveaways for you from Drop Down Deals, whose free coupon-code web browser plugin has made it all possible…

Drop Down Deals is a free browser plug-in that tracks thousands of discount codes for you. Instead of having to use a search engine or coupon-code website to look for percentages off, free shipping, and dollars-off discounts, Drop Down Deals automatically shows you any available coupon codes for the site you’re shopping on.

Recently, the makers of Drop Down Deals got in touch with me and asked if I would like to try out their service for one month, shopping online and using Drop Down Deals to find coupon codes for the purchases I’d be making. They gave me $500 to spend on anything, as long as I used discount codes that the Drop Down Deals browser provided to me while shopping online… and of course, shared my shopping experiences using the Drop Down Deals plug-in with my readers.

It has been SO much fun shopping over the past month and trying out Drop Down Deals’ coupon code web browser plugin… and it’s even more fun to give everything I’ve been buying away to my readers.

  1. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have 1 of my own! My 15 year old son has one (he bought with his own money) and then he gave his “hand me down” to my 10 year old daughter….and now I would LOVE ONE!!!   3. jill this would be an awesome gift to give my oldest daughter who just had her 14th birthday. About a year or so ago I gave her my old ipod touch because she was using it more than I was and just recently someone stole it from our home. We believe one of her “friends” took it from her and needless to say she is very upset. We looked everywhere for it and even asked the person we think took it if in fact they did and of course she said no. We have torn apart the house looking for it and it is definatly gone. She just had her 14th birthday and my plan was to get her a new one however God or someone above me has other plans for me at this time. I just recently had my 8th back surgery and her dad has M.S. Last month he was in the hospital and then just as we started (or so I thought) to get things back on track a little I ended up in the hospital ( not with back issues) and almost died from my blood pressure reaching 200/151. After 4 days in CCU I was home on meds and just in time for her bday but didnt have time, money or strength to do anything for her. I am still working on my 11yr olds bday party from March 28. I am not trying to give you a sob story to win anything but just sharing my ordeal and why this would be such a great surprise and gift for her. I truly believe that our family has been through so much for a reason and she will be a wonderful adult because of it but sometimes its nice to have a break. LOL. The other reason I am writing this is to say THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH for all the work you do to help everyday families save some money and time to be able to make it in such a tough economy. I truly have saved alot of money because of you and feel like there might be a light at the end of the tunnel and now have many friends asking me what I am doing and to share with them what I have learned. i think I have probably written down your name atleast 100 times in the last month and have watched the dvd several times to make sure I am not missing anything. Even my oldest is starting to understand it a little and her friends even ask how I save that much when they are with us. I can only hope that her and her friends learn now and save us all some money when they go to college or to live on their own…LOL….Thanks again for everything. Again this isnt about my sad story because there are so many of us out there right now with things happening in our families but the main reason I feel like my daughter deserves this is because not only does she help her dad and myself with everyday things and helps her sisters she created a podcast dedicated to JUSTIN BIEBER. A good friend of mine produces it for her but Monica does the show herself. She is the one that pulls the news, talks to fans, does interviews, sells merchandise to try to help with money. This is her outlet to be a teenager and talk to other teenagers who like JB to. At her age that is an amazing thing and she still finds time to do cheerleading and hang out with her friends (the ones that dont steal from her.)I feel like she is an amazing teen and she makes me a proud mom everyday when I watch everything she does for her family and friends and she asks for very little in return.   142. I’m a 33 year old that still doesn’t even have a cell phone. Everyone thinks I’m crazy but I think it is peaceful. However it looks like this it is just a the Ipod without the phone. I live in an area that doesn’t have a lot of my favorite stores to buy from so I must go on line to purchase so am always looking for coupons to save on shipping and etc. There is only one small shopping mall here and stores are closing all the time due to low patronage.     is there a way to mark a thread “quiet” or something so when I click on the “All recent posts” or “My recent posts” tabs, it stops showing up? Aside from threads like this, many threads just don’t apply to me (baby products, pet products, makeup, shaving & hair care :-), etc), and I’d like to stop seeing the red flag that tells me there’s something new to read there.

    The first page of the recent posts list has 3 threads with a total of 685 posts between them.

  271. I saved up for a year to get an ipod touch and had it for two years. My 6 year old threw it and broke it. If I ever get a chance to get another one…I’m locking it up.   279. I have tried to get this thing working but it doesn’t. Their website has EMAIL customer service (ugh!) with no online chat which is useless. I’m not getting any blocked pop-up errors so I don’t think that is the problem. I’ve tried using it on both MIE and Chrome but no success either.

    I’ve spent way too long trying to get this thing to work. Can’t see why they make it so difficult.

  325. Jill that video is too funny with your daughter, my daughter is a daisy and was selling cookies so my 7 year old son thought ok we can sell 1000 boxes with no problem and get him an ipod :) Right, we sold 232 and we still don’t own an ipod :) Thanks again for all that you do, love it.

    I have been paying it forward as I help my friends understand what I know about couponing. If there’s a party involving a couple of the friends I’ve started on couponing, the conversations always turn to how to save the most money. You should see everyone’s eyes light up when they realize I got 10- 40oz btls of Heinz ketchup for free. I even have a friend in Minnesota that has started couponing because of me. It’s interesting to see how it catches on.

    I don’t know ALL of the ins and outs yet but, by following the rules, I’m doing pretty well.
