An Aero30 tethered gas balloon rises 400 feet above the grounds of the Downtown Disney® Area. Its 19-foot diameter gondola can hold up to 29 passengers and a pilot, who guides the balloon skyward with the help of up to 210,000 cubic feet of helium.
