Fox News coupon shopping segment

Tonight, Fox 39 in Rockford aired a segment featuring me shopping with news anchor Kimberly Nelson. The challenge? To cut my grocery bill in half or better at Hilander while buying meats, produce, and healthier foods. (It was fun to work some double-couponing into the trip too… a bonus for this mostly-Chicagoland shopper, where double coupons are a rarity!)

Was anyone else jealous of all the “multiplied coupon” things going by on the register? I can’t imagine how much more we’d save if we had doubles in Chciago!
