Free $25 Macy’s gift card with survey

On Demand Research, which conducts paid surveys, is offering a free $25 Macy’s gift card upon completion of their new holiday survey.

Note that paid surveys like this one require many steps to completion. If you choose to participate, read the fine print for each survey carefully, as depending on the answers you give, you may be presented with additional questions relating to a particular area of the survey. (For example, if you state that you enjoy using coupons, you may receive additional survey questions about your coupon usage.)

When I receive offers like this from advertisers, I fill the forms out too to make sure they’re worth sharing. Upon completion of the entire survey, you will be taken to a page that you need to print out, sign and mail to On Demand Research to receive your $25 Macy’s gift card. Also note that by opting in to some of the survey questions, you are consenting to participate in telephone surveys too from the companies involved.
