Reader LetsShop also spotted this super deal on Heinz ketchup at Target (also from Hip2Save)…
Target has a new printable store coupon for $2 off ONE 38oz. or larger Heinz Ketchup or three Ore-Ida frozen potatoes.
Well, the 38-ounce Heinz is reportedly $1.99 – so that’s FREE KETCHUP!
Or, Hip2Save suggests an Ore-Ida Easy Fries deal if you’d prefer those. The Easy Fries are .99 per box. With the $2 off 3, you’ll pay .97 for three boxes, or about .32 per box!
UPDATE 2/20: This coupon is now printing as a coupon off BOTH Heinz and Ore-Ida. It used to say Heinz “OR” Ore-Ida. If you printed it earlier in the week, you’re still good to go — but if you print it now, the new coupon requires you to buy both ketchup AND fries.

I checked out the Ore-Ida at Target tonight, and the $.99 boxes are only 4.5oz, so for me, that is not great, but there is a sale on the big bags of Ore-Ida, buy 2 get 1 free. The price in CA is $2.69 a bag and that is the sale price. Normally they are $2.99. However, I don’t have room in my freezer yet, and the sale is good till 3/9/13, so I will buy some later. With the $2 off coupon, it will be $1.13 a bag. I think that is a good price for fries and taters. :)

Has the ketchup priced $2.69, so we got two. My boyfriend just told me that we were getting low on ketchup so this was a great deal!! Oh, the coupon does beep with just the ketchup but the cashier just made sure the bottle was the right size and put it through no problem.

I just printed it at 8:25pm Monday evening.

The 38 oz were all on a shelf labeled 40 oz bottles for $2.69. 40 oz bottle did not exist and a price on the shelf for the 38 oz did not exist. The next closest size bottle and correctly labeled shelf was 34 oz for $1.50.
I brought this to the awareness of cust. service…that their shelves are mislabeled (2 oz is not much…but you can make a case for yourself like I was able to and get a discount for $1.50. They may have relabeled the shelf by now.

I just looked again and the coupon is gone from Target.com. I knew I should have printed last night.

I just printed the Heinz/ OreIda coupon and they are now requiring us to buy ALL 4 products!
Target must have been giving away too much ketchup. It now says AND instead of OR.
Be warned before you are surprised at checkout!
