FREE kids’ haircuts at JC Penney in August

Beginning August 1st, JC Penney is offering FREE kids’ haircuts all month long for back-to-school!

The back page of today’s JCP ad says that any child, Kindergarten through 6th grade, can call or visit a local JCP salon to make an appointment. Click here to find a salon near you.
