Have you heard of Fresh Thyme Farmers Market? Fresh Thyme has arrived in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and even if this store isn’t quite local to you, you won’t want to forget their name. Fresh Thyme has plans to open 60 stores in the Midwest! Fresh Thyme will celebrate its grand opening on April 23rd in Mount Prospect! The new store is located at 211 W. Rand Rd. in Mount Prospect, northwest of the Rand, Main, and Kensington intersection. Doors open at 7:00am, and the first 250 shoppers on Grand Opening day will receive a bag of groceries valued at $50 or more! The celebration will feature live entertainment, giveaways, grilling, sampling, and activities for kids.

  49. I love Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. One of the comments said that Fresh Thyme reminded someone of Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods combo. Makes me want to give it a try.
