You can create your own, personalized phone case with photos of your kids, pets, significant other, vacation destination… or anything you like! Custom photo smartphone cases start at $34.99 each, but I’ve got one to give away to one lucky reader!

PLEASE NOTE that the cases are only available for the following models of smartphones (or iPod or Kindle): iPhone 5, iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 3G/3GS, Blackberry, Samsung, iPod, HTC, or Kindle
