  27. throw an extra bag of veggies into our meals. Soups, stir-fry, anything. It’s a good way to sneak them in. :)

  63. Frozen vegetables are a great easy way to eat healthy. I love the diced onions and peppers, beats prepping fresh especially the teary onions.

  71. My teenage son and I were just talking about ways we could encourage each other to drink more water. I’m thinking the fruit (or cucumber, etc.) infusion water bottle would be a great tool!

  90. That water bottle is seriously a great idea.One of my favorite ways to use a fruit diffuser: Apples and cinnamon sticks. Yum! Healthy, no sugar apple cider for fall.

  100. Steamer vegetables is the best way to encourage my husband to eat more than just a teaspoon of vegetables especially when we both start our diets this Wednesday by joining the MOVE weekly sign in program. We are definitely serious! Thank you Green Giant for Steamer vegetable.
