  6. I tried signing up for the new rewards but it keeps telling me the username already exists. I’m trying to use the same user name I have for my regular Jewel account. What am I doing wrong?! Also, everytime I try to add my preferred card to my existing Jewel acct online, it says they’re having technical difficulty. Anyone else experiencing the same???

  8. I give up. I’ve given them 3 different email addresses and they say they are all already in use. Either this thing is messed up or I am.

  9. I’m not understanding how to sign up for this. I already have a username and login for the site. do I need to make up a new one for this? What does that do to our preferred card? Will they automatically send one of these new cards to customers who already have a preferred card. Guess I’m a little confused about this. Help! :-)

  38. This is a great giveaway! However, I am a little disappointed in the program as of now. I live in Indiana and although my IN Jewel participates in the fuel program, there is no Shell station in IN that participates. :(

  195. Had trouble doing it online. When I went to Jewel, to my surprise they had a section in the stores promoting the card. Yipee

  203. I signed up in store today! They had a table right when you walked in the door. Quick and easy! She scanned my old card and all my info popped up. Then she scanned the new card and it was as simple as that. I earned 10 cents off already just by signing up and for giving them my e-mail address.

  338. Nothing is as simple as it appears. Not sure what is going on but I soon realized I had to use a different sign in for this fuel rewards. Then the new sign in does not go to step three. Then tells me I am already logged in to log out and then I am in the loop again to make a new account. Tried calling the 1-8787-932-7948 number and on hold forever. The local Jewel can’t help me. Must be having an IT problem or just that I have a real old Preferred Card or not sure what. So will go into Jewel and open fuel rewards card. Thought they could not merge the card info together so did not do in store today. Need this prize for all the wasted time to try to do this online.

  369. This is an awesome deal!! We’re planning on driving to Florida in a few weeks and I have time to help us take a little off our gas bill as well as save on groceries. This Florida trip is going to be a very cheep one because I just finished college and so did my step-son and I’m not working yet.
