I’m really excited about this week’s giveaway at JillCataldo.com, because it involves one of my favorite products – white whole wheat flour! Several years ago, our family committed to eating more whole grains. Substituting white whole wheat flour for half or more of the regular flour when you’re baking is a great way to incorporate more whole grains into your diet.
