Thursday’s edition of The Midweek News has a story about my upcoming class with the Grafton Township Food Pantry on February 18th in Huntley. Many of you are aware that I strongly believe in supporting our local food pantries, especially now — and I’m so excited about this class, which is sponsored by the township and is an event for everyone in the community, whether you’re a patron of the pantry, a volunteer or donor at the pantry, or anyone else who just wants to learn how to save on groceries :) I have seen firsthand the impact that people Super-Couponing in our town have had on increasing donations to our food pantry — and this class will be an extra-special event to be a part of.
