Jewel Freezer Deal coupons expire 6/30. Here’s an idea for using them up.

The free-product coupons from Jewel’s annual freezer deal expire 6/30. I know many of you held on to them in anticipation of Buy One Get One Free sales (I did the same the year I got my freezer!) but we haven’t seen much in the way of good B1G1F deals unfortunately.

It’s up to you when you want to redeem these, but based on past years’ experiences, I can tell you that near the end of the month, slower-moving products like the free Betty Crocker ice cream sprinkles may be missing from the shelf if everyone’s redeeming their coupons at the same time. (And we’ve never seen those go B1G1F, ever, in a previous freezer deal..!)

But here’s a great idea for using the coupons up. Reader Tavdef posted last night that, “I used a bunch of coupons out of the Freezer book tonight, even though everything was free, it still counted as a $43.00 transaction on fuel rewards!”

This is a great idea for getting a little “bonus” out of the free coupons. But if you want to take advantage of it, use your free product coupons BEFORE June 25th, as this is the LAST day you can earn Jewel Fuel Rewards!
