12oz. Farmland breakfast sausage links or patties are on sale for $3. Use this $1 printable and pay $2!

9-10.8oz. Shore Lunch soup mixes are $2.50. Use the .50 coupon from the 10/26 SS and pay $2. (If you attended a Jewel NASCAR event this summer, the AJ Allmendinger coupons from that event have a .50 coupon too.)

59oz. Simply Orange orange juice is on sale 2-for-$6 when you buy two. You must buy two to receive this price. Use two $1 printables. Pay $4 for two, or $2 each. Good price!

6.5oz. Alouette cheese spreads are $3.50. Use the $1 coupon from the 11/23 RP and pay $2.50.

15-16oz. Challenge butter quarters are $3.50. Use this $1 printable and pay $2.50.

8-9oz. Hormel Natural Choice lunch meat is on sale for $3. Buy two and get a FREE 7-8oz. Sargento sliced cheese. Use two .50 Hormel printables. Pay $5 for everything!

IF the Sargento sliced cheese is a “Natural Blends” variety, use the .75 coupon for this from the October 2014 All You to drop the price even more — pay $4.25 for the entire deal!

Palermo’s Primo Thin pizzas 13.9oz.-19.1oz. is $4. Use this $1 printable and pay $3.

Fiora 8ct. paper towels and 12ct. bath tissue are on sale for $4.50. Use the .55 coupon from the 10/5 RP1 and pay $3.95! This works out to about .49 per paper towel roll and about .33 per bath tissue roll.

36 double roll Angel Soft bath tissue is $14.99 – this is about .42 per double roll.

36ct. double roll Quilted Northern bath tissue is $15.99. Use the .75 coupon from the 11/15 RP and pay $15.24. This works out to about .42 per double roll.

This week’s ad has a “Buy $30 worth of featured P&G, Get $5 Catalina and FREE movie ticket” sale. This ad is different than past Catalina sales as it notes the $30 will be achieved -after- coupons. This is not a very good deal, and the prices are much higher than I like to see for P&G. 

One plus – some of these items will overlap with the SavingStar $30/$10 P&G offer if you haven’t done that yet.

A variety of products are part of a “Buy 5 and they’re $1.99 each” sale. You must buy 5 to receive this price. Here are your products and matchups:

It doesn’t say whether or not this is a promo for this week only — I’m thinking it’s ongoing from the “every day” wording. Plus, I’ve seen signs in my store in the baby aisle advertising this too with no end date.

Cuisinart Chef’s Classic stainless cookware is part of a new stamp-saving promo at Jewel. Get one stamp for every $10 you spend in store. The ad says:

Pure aluminum in base heats fast and evenly
•  Stainless handles stay cool on the stove top
•  Rims are tapered for drip-free pouring •  Dishwasher safe
A variety of pourpans, stockpots and pans are available. Plus, 4 non-stick skillet sizes to choose from!

You do not need to use your Preferred Card to receive sale prices anymore. But if you want to use SavingStar ecoupons and Jewel’s own ecoupons, continue to use your card.  Don’t discard it if you intend to continue using ecoupons at Jewel! SavingStar has confirmed they will still continue their offers at Jewel. We have also noticed that you get many more Catalina coupons (the per-product kind that are for specific items, like “.75 off Prego pasta sauce”) when you use your Jewel card, as your purchase history is tied to it.

Pick up a free “Cookie Credit Card” in the bakery, and your child can get a free cookie with every visit to Jewel. And, pick up a “Healthy Eaters” card at the customer service counter, and your child can get a FREE banana or Red Delicious apple when they shop with you. Through 12/31/14.

Jewel’s coupon policy allows shoppers to apply manufacturer coupon overage to other items in the same transaction. It also allows two manufacturer coupons to be used on a Buy One Get One Free sale. There have been register issues with this in the past, but many reports are coming in that the issues have been fixed. (Fantastic!)

Watch very closely with two coupons on a Buy One Get One Free. The second coupon will appear to scan fine, but it will show as $0.00 at the register. Be prepared to call on your cashier to manually adjust this for you immediately if they do not intervene.

If you anticipate any issues with this, I would recommend carrying a copy of Jewel’s coupon policy, which outlines both of these issues clearly.
