Jewel’s ads state “Prices are good, unless otherwise indicated, at all Jewel-Osco stores.” As long as your store carries these items, you should be able to get the prices at your local Jewel too.
Watch very closely with two coupons on a Buy One Get One Free. The second coupon will appear to scan fine, but it will show as $0.00 at the register. Be prepared to call on your cashier to manually adjust this for you immediately if they do not intervene.
If you anticipate any issues with this, I would recommend carrying a copy of Jewel’s coupon policy, which outlines both of these issues clearly.

are BOGO this week in the ad and there is $1/1 in the June AY to use on this deal. It says on Coupon Tom it is in the May AY, but it is actually in the June one. I wish I had 2 coupons since Jewel still takes coupons on the free item in a BOGO!

Hi- Are the prescription coupons in the store? I forgot to get a sale ad yesterday in my condo building. If I have to I can search through the recycling bins before they pick it up tomorrow. It should be on the top. Hardly anybody in out building takes the ads, and they get recycled.
I have to get a prescription filled before Monday, but I am not 100% certain that the two Jewel I normally go to carry the bottle of stuff I have to take before I have my colonoscopy Monday. The last time I had one done four years ago, I had to go to CVS to get the prep, because neither one of the Jewels I regularly go to carried it.
The Jewel I go to on Green Bay in Wilmette also had tear pads recently for $1/3 for Kraft cheese. They were located right in front of the cheese. Tuesday is the last day that Jewel has Cabot cheese on sale for $2 too, and all of their cabot cheese is on sale. There is a $1/2 coupon on Common Kindness for it that you can print. I love cabot cheese. I just wish I could find the 50% reduced cheddar anywhere. Whole Foods used to carry it, but they no longer do. Two years ago I went to the art fair in downtown Evanston, and Cabot was giving away free samples of it, and I ended up getting a free package of the 50% reduced cheddar. The art fair is going to take place again this weekend, and they are giving away free samples of Edy’s frozen fruit bars.

Every year when Jewel had this promotion, we’d get some great deals! Oh, how I miss this sale!!! Plus some great freebies in the parking lot, T-Shirts, coupons, toys & Hot Wheels, food, & drinks. I’d plan different routes to work & sometimes hit them at lunch depending on the appearances & scheduling…
Missing the good old days! :*)

The Claussen Pickle deal has a coupon (not listed in Coupon Tom) in the 5/18 S (the one with the alcohol on the cover) for 2/$1.
Which will make them .99 a jar – when you buy 2 – see Jill’s “Buy 5, Save $5” Oscar Mayer sale above.

Hi- I was at the Jewel on Chicago Avenue in Evanston tonight, and I noticed that they had a bunch of frozen dinners marked down to $.99. They had Healthy Choice, Marie Callender, and Lean Cuisine wraps. With the wraps you need to furnish your own tortillas, and they have the filling. I only ended up getting one Healthy Choice, because most of the dinners were pot roast, and I try to avoid eating red meat. I just had to have another colonoscopy yesterday, where they removed two more polyps. I have a really bad family history of colon cancer, and they believe that red meat increases your chances of getting colon cancer. BTW- This Jewel still has tons of manure and mushroom compost marked down to $1 a bag. Hope this helps, Nancy
