Jewel’s ads state “Prices are good, unless otherwise indicated, at all Jewel-Osco stores.” As long as your store carries these items, you should be able to get the prices at your local Jewel too.
Watch very closely with two coupons on a Buy One Get One Free. The second coupon will appear to scan fine, but it will show as $0.00 at the register. Be prepared to call on your cashier to manually adjust this for you immediately if they do not intervene.
If you anticipate any issues with this, I would recommend carrying a copy of Jewel’s coupon policy, which outlines both of these issues clearly.

went there at lunch time and was admiring the pots and pans display. But they didn’t have any stamps. I’ll just keep my receipt and get them later.

I’ve been to 2 Jewels with no luck finding these (with assistance from store staff). Did you see these in an ad or in the store, and if so, which one? The closest I came was an entire CASE of Looney Tunes wipes for $9.99.
