The number of jellybeans in my jellybean jar is 479. We had two entrants on the blog that correctly entered an answer of 479: Sugarrush and Kristi800. As specified in the terms of this giveaway, in the event of a tie, I stated that I would use a random number generator to ultimately choose one single winner. And that winner is Kristi800!! Congratulations!

Kristi800 has 48 hours to respond to the winning email (by 8:00am CST on 9/17/11.) In the event that she does not respond, the gift card will be awarded to Sugarrush.

To celebrate its super fridge space, LG is doing a large giveaway on their Facebook page: Guess how many jellybeans are inside their Super-Capacity French Door Refrigerator as part of their Ultimate Jellybean Count giveaway, and you could win not only the refrigerator, but a double-oven range, steam dishwasher, and over-the-range microwave too! The LG Facebook contest ends 9/21/11.

But here at JillCataldo.com, we have our own LG Ultimate Jellybean count giveaway! As much fun as it would have been to have a refrigerator full of jelly beans shipped to my house, LG sent over a jar of jelly beans instead, which my son is proudly showing off below…

    We do that same contest every Easter with our family and yes we count each and every jelly bean.

  232. My kids and I had fun with this contest. Thanks, Jill! Our guess is 435 jellybeans.

    As a former teacher, I have to ask: Did your son use a hundreds chart to count the jellybeans? Did he use lots of different cups for every 25 or 100? Did he count them one by one, lose count, and then have to start all over again? Sorry, my family is verrrrrrrry curious! : )
