I think there is a problem with the applet though. If you’re receiving the “ineligible” message, it’s not because you’re truly ineligible — the free coupons went fast, and it should be linking to a printable .50 coupon. Unfortunately the link is broken and not getting you there – the actual link should go to: https://www.myblogspark.com/uc/main/76ee/
When the contest was active, Illinois people were certainly able to enter and win. I emailed my contact there about the problem with the applet but it’s the weekend… not sure they will fix it right away.
(As an aside — did you know that in some states, it is not legal to issue coupons for dairy products?! Hence, the excluded states message in the applet…)
